They are very professional and proficient. The technician was able to diagnose my problem and fix it in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone that has problems with their heating or air conditioning system.

I need a couple new parts for my a/c unit, thermal valve and fourway valve, and they would not do the job because I wanted to use my own tank of Freon. They were only going to replace the parts if they could charge me $800 to refill the freon! Not to mention, they would take the 8 pounds of Freon I have in my system to begin with and sell it to another company to clean it.
My father in law who lives cross country does this work for a living and informed me guaranteed services pays no more than $24 a pound for Freon! They want to charge me $100 per pound.

Very professional company, I read a lot of bad reviews on here but if you pay attention all of them are people who have home warranty companies and all of the good reviews are people who do not. So I'm thinking maybe the two are related? Our a/c went out on a Thursday night and I called them Friday morning not expecting to have anyone out until Monday, but they sent someone that afternoon and fixed our problem in 5 minutes! I highly recommend this company and don't believe the bad things you read they are surely just disgruntled home warranty customers. (in my experience)

This is the worst heating and air company I have ever delt with. American Home Shield had this very unprofessional company come and work on my air unit.After 3 visits which the guy was over an hour late each time and one NO SHOW at all ,my air still doesn't work we called Air Pro and they came today and we are getting a new unit tomorrow! AIR PRO ROCKS!

We had an aging central heating and AC system replaced in our townhome last summer when severe leaks in the coolant coil finally killed it. I waited to post this to see how both system operated thoroughly; I can say we've had no issues with it, and were very happy with the work that Guaranteed did for us.
When the coil failed in the heat of summer, we has a hard time finding someone to service our unit. Guaranteed stepped up, and Josh was really helpful with options on the best way to get up and running, while keeping the cost under control. His team was polite and worked until the job was complete, despite a challenge or two. I'd recommend them to my neighbors with similar units.
Update 1/7/21 - over a year after installing this system, we discovered some minor installation problems that impeded the furnace operation. Guaranteed responded quickly, and corrected the problems with a no charge service call. Very happy with this service.

Installation exceeded my expectations. Wayne and Bryson were exceptional! Proactive communication prior to arrival, and punctual. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain details and answer questions about the install. Significant ductwork modifications were necessary - Wayne and Bryson cut no corners and spent lots of extra time and effort to make sure the job was professionally done, even though they finished after dark.. Absolute WORST. Owner is RUDE and hung up on me after they cancelled my service. He was yelling in the background while I was speaking to a manager about finding a re-schedule to Go find someone else . That is the best advice to anime reading this post GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB

They want to charge you $160 for a $15 part plus a $75 service visit fee (for a run capacitor). Please don't call these guys. This is dishonest and a ripoff.

Has been working on my furnace since 12/1. Has been to my house 4 times and my heat still does not work. American Home Shield needs to cut ties with this company as they are not qualified to do their job!
Worst "Service" , if you'd even call it that. I used AHS to call out a technician to service our central air system. I received a call the day our tech was scheduled, and found a grumpy voice on the other end saying that he was not the original tech scheduled but would be out during the window I was scheduled. I left my work to be sure that I would be there for the technician, as I could not leave my pets without air in the summer heat in the south. Even when the technician got there, he seemed as though my problems were an inconvenience for him. I called my husband to let him speak with the technician so that the exact problems could be addressed, as I'm not very knowledgeable of central air systems. The tech was told EXACTLY what was wrong, and pretended to listen to my husband. I was told that our air was low on freon, so I asked him to add some to our system. I was not worried about the fee as I figured it probably did need some, since the previous owners cut a lot of corners. Upon going under the house (which, I imagine he didn't look hard) he said that our ducts were fine and the excessive cooling under the house was normal. It is NOT normal for the under side of my house to be receiving the air from our unit that is SUPPOSED to be going to the INSIDE. While talking to him, he took a call from another poor soul that was scheduled to have him go to their home, and said he'd be there shortly. This man blatantly ignored the problems, took his check, and left. My husband ended up fixing the problem himself, which he could have potentially done himself but we knew we had AHS and thought it would be better to have someone licensed to repair it. If I would have known we would have wasted time and money like we had, I wouldn't have requested the service! When I called AHS, they put me on a 3 way call with some representative for Guaranteed Services, and AHS hung up with me shortly after. Even after speaking to the Rep, she simply said "well, next time call us if they don't service it correctly...". Again, I suppose I was inconveniencing someone. There won't be a next time! There shouldn't have had to been. And I didn't know any better until my husband came home since, like I stated earlier, I don't know much about the system. The Tech knew this and used it as a cop out so he could hurry on his way. Terrible customer service and no actual service to the things you request to be repaired. I wish I had seen the other reviews before they were dispatched. I would have cancelled it with AHS and would have never bothered.
From the people answering the phone to the technicians that come to the house, by far the most professional and helpful people around! You won t be disappointed, they take the time to listen to you and they talk to you on human terms so you understand what they are doing! 5 stars isn t enough for these people!!!!!
Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This was the vendor sent by American Home Shield. They've been 2 times and fixed nothing. First visit guys were very nice and added some freon (but leak they were called out for to begin with was not fixed and duct work continued to fill up). Warranty company has been waiting on them for one week now (they won't send in a detailed diagnosis that warranty company has repeatedly asked for and I also called asking them to provide what warranty company asked for).
First visit July 5, today is July 21 and we still have no resolution and hands are tied by the warranty company's use of this vendor. This vendor apparently doesn't care about customer service or their reputation with the warranty company. I am likely canceling my warranty as well due to this vendor choice by American Home Shield.
7/24/17 6:45pm Update - American Home Shied contacted me to follow up. Guaranteed Services told their contract rep that we were not returning their phone calls and that without coming back to our house to try and find the leak problem they could not send in the details that AHS desired for their authorization process. (Reminder that on 7/15/17 Guaranteed Services tech refused to work on our duct work at the direction of the office manager saying that it was too full of water and that AHS needed to authorize them to drain it before they could even try to find the cause for the leak). So basically we now have this company giving us the complete run around and holding up our warranty providing us with a new vendor. Based on their reviews on the internet I advised warranty company that Guaranteed Services should not be sent business at all as it makes them look very bad. We are on day 19 of this issue. Finally have a very good rep at AHS working on getting us help.

These folks were great to work with. My HVAC system went out last Monday. They gave me options with prices from high to low. We made our choice and by Thursday, I had a completely new gas pack system. These folks stayed on top of everything. Their team was responsive, courteous, clean and very professional. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. There was no "hanging around." They answered every question we had. I definitely would recommend them!

My home warranty set me up with this company when I had problems recently with my A/C. They showed up when scheduled and Josh and Wade introduced themselves and went right to work and found the problem. They discussed with me before they replaced the part. tech was very professional and took his time to clarify with me what was going on with my system. called in monday, techs came out same day, and came out tuesday to replace my part. great work! now i can stay warm this winter.
The tech had no clue or desire to fix our unit. He didn t even have the unit on to tell me it was the defrost board. I said your company just replaced that. He said our defrost board was very old. Did they fix that a few months back? So I asked him if he turned the unit on and he stated of course I did. I walked over and turned the unit on for him. So he goes back out only to return and say the unit is out of Freon and needs to be checked for leaks. I asked how long it would take it. He then tells me he can t fix it because my house is not up to code and I need to have my unit moved. He stated that the unit can be no more than 20 ft from crawlspace opening and the crawl space needed to be 6 ft tall. He should be able to sit on his rump to work on the unit. My Home warranty company has knew nothing of this nor did the code office in Pendleton or greenwood. He turned in a diagnosis to the warranty that that unit was unattainable. The company denied my claim. My husband crawl on his hands and knees to the unit that was 17 ft from the opening. So you are better off hiring the 3 stooges because these techs are not capable of fixing your unit

This company went above and beyond to help me with replacing my old AC for my house. I had to drive in from out of state, and they worked with my schedule, were professional, and knowledgeable. What many people do not know is if you have a home warranty, the home warranty company is often on the cheap side and don't want to pay their fair share of what they should, in my case, American Home Shield. However, Josh and his sister (the owner) at Guaranteed Services, both worked with me to resolve the problems quickly and promptly. I rarely write reviews, but I feel like Guaranteed Services went above and beyond to help me solve my AC problems. Take your time and talk to them. Their hearts are in the job and serving customers, which is more than many average companies out there. I would happily use this company for any future HVAC issues. Technician made inaccurate assumptions about the functioning of the unit so that he could try to charge as much as possible to fix it. Unscrupulous.
This company schemed me and refused to service my air conditioning units and only looked at one. They did not stay to see if problem was fixed and left in their car after replacing one part. I kindly asked them to stay and look at the entire units and check to make sure everything was working prompt and suggest anything we should do to fix our system. They rudely drove off citing company policy only to submit what is on their work order. Meanwhile I was on phone correcting their work order and they just left. I ve never been treated so poorly. I am now waiting for another company to come fix my system still. Beware of this company and look for another provider for your services. Note: I had First American Home Warranty and am in process of filing a comply with them to address this company s abuse of the warranty system.

These people are not knowledgeable about AC units!
2 guys came out the first day and overcharged my unit with freon when it wasn't even low causing it to run at very high pressures and it started to make a loud hissing noise. The next day different crew came out and said the hissing noise was from a bad reversing valve and to fix it would require $800 of freon plus parts and labor. They recommend I purchase a new AC unit from them instead of repairing mine.
Thankfully I got a second opinion from PECO who said the unit was over charged and the reversing valve was working fine. The unit is working perfectly now that the excess freon is removed. The unit was 25% overfilled so not just a little mistake.
So basically I had 4 different guys from Guaranteed Services come out and none knew what they were doing. Hoping they didn't end up damaging my compressor from this poor service.
These guys have done a outstanding job with customer service and repair time. My tenants have experience very little downtime and frustration this summer due to the response time and resources of Guaranteed Services Heating & Air! I will use them moving forward all of my projects commercial or residential !
They are a bunch or crooks. Techs are ok but they charge a 500 percent. Markup on refergant. Office manager does not explain things well then when you question she becomes very rude. In response to your post. No you didn't fix it. I asked about a new duct system and didn't have you do the work please explain the price of 110 a pound for refergant when I can buy it for 20 a pound and yes I can I am licensed.
I normally do not leave reviews unless the is above expectations and this was a great service level. I received clear communication from Missy on when to expect the technician. He was promptly on time. A motor had to be ordered but was in the next day. Melissa was helpful in working it out with my schedule. The technician was professional and took extra time to clean the coils and check out the entire unit. The technician was very friendly and informative about what I can do to keep it clean and working. Great company to work with.
A technician came to my home how to fix my HVAC system and walked off the job because the litter of puppies offended his sensitive nasal passages. My question to you is during this pandemic and a mandated face mask order by the governor, how did he smell anything? Or did he endanger my family by not wearing his mask in my home putting everyone at risk, and then walking off the job because the home hasn't had air in 3 days and by law the puppies could not be moved due to the animal welfare act of 1976. In further endangering the stock of puppies and the family as a whole, our livelihood then left us to die in the heat. There other rooms in my home are 90+ degrees and the pies are unvaccinated. Meaning going outside is a death wish. I am a responsible USDA registered dog breeder and these people pretty much condemnedd is to death because our air is out and all smells are magnified. Thanks guaranteed services. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE ENDANGER YOU TOO!

My A/C went out on Monday and I called the Home Warranty company on Tuesday. They sent me an e-mail with Guaranteed Services as the contact and I received a call on Wednesday to schedule the appointment. I was able to get a Thursday morning appointment between 10-12. I was called at 11:00 by the technician who was 20 minutes away. I drove home from work to meet him and he was in and out in about 15 minutes and diagnosed my problem as a failed condenser and coil. He told me that he would send out the paperwork ASAP so that it could be processed that day. I called the home warranty company on Friday morning and after a little back and forth with both companies, I got all the info I needed to make a decision to let Guaranteed Services install a new unit on the following Tuesday(tomorrow). Josh was great to work with and made sure a unit was put on hold at the supplier Friday afternoon so it would be ready for the install. Although they were very busy, he took the time to answer my questions and concerns and followed up with additional information that evening.
So I m giving them 5 stars on the diagnostics and responsiveness to install a new unit quickly in the heat of the summer. I will follow-up after the install tomorrow to complete my review.
Update: Two technicians showed up earlier than promised and started to remove the old system while a third technician picked up the new unit from the supplier. Old system was removed from attic in about 2 hours and new unit installed just as fast. It was well over 100 degrees in the attic. The new system was started up and some adjustments were made. The unit ran constantly for about 8 hours to get to the set point as it was about 87 degrees upstairs. Josh called to check on us a couple of times and even scheduled a follow-up visit to fine tune the system the next day.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
I definitely will use them again to replace my downstairs unit this fall.
Terrible service!! I have been told 2 days in a row that a technician would be out with no phone call and no technician showing up. I am so frustrated with this company. I called to see what happen and they told me they did not know. No consideration and definately no desire to resolve my problem.

Very poor service. came to my house twice and problem was not fixed. call third time still not fixed. informed them my wife has kidney failure and in mid 90 s temp was a medical emergency. same tech as first two times stated he would be by again between 10 and 11. called him at 12 asked his status he said be another 2 to 3 hours. I ask was the account he was working on a medical emergency and he told me none of my business. then stated do you want me to or not. then he just hung up on me. we were told we would be first service. they lie to you, rude, and very unprofessional. and can't fix anything. do not use this company they have other bad reviews posted throughout online.
The only reason I chose 1 star is that zero stars is not an option. I came in contact with this company via my home warranty. Clearly, this company would be out of business if not for their home warranty work assignments. I personally caught them in 3 separate lies.
1. They said my furnace circuit board was faulty and since my unit was 23 years old a replacement was unobtainable. They said it would cost me $1500 out of pocket to have a new installed. WRONG. I bought a circuit board online for $29 dollars and installed it myself.
2. When they quoted me the $1500 dollar replacement price, they said the warranty set the installation/modification costs for installing a new furnace. WRONG. I confirmed with a manager at the warranty company and another AC company that Guarantee Services is the one that sets those prices.
3. Guaranteed Services (never has a company been so inappropriately named) gave us a list of the modifications that they said needed to be made to install the new furnace. I'll give you one example. They wanted $345 to run a PVC condensation drain line. Well, there already is a drain line in place, and it's working just fine, and the materials for that line cost about $10-15. And they wanted $345. When I pressed on this as well as some of the other outrageous prices they quoted, they kept throwing it back on the warranty company. I chose the "cash out option" from the warranty company even though the warranty company offered almost nothing compared to the actual cost of replacement just so I can avoid doing business with this company.
Please avoid at all costs!!!!

Worst experience ever. They literally took the batteries out of our thermostat and flipped the breaker to the AC unit, leaving us without air in this 90 degree weather. All of this after we had fixed the problem on our own when they were hours late and didn't call on the way. Now that it is out again, they are saying we will have to wait over a week for them to come back out.
After only being at our new location for less than 2 months our air conditioning unit stopped cooling downstairs. We have a home warranty through First American. They sent Guaranteed Services Heating & Air out to fix the unit. They were extremely helpful. Unfortunately the compressor was going bad but they were able to get it running agin and ordered a new compressor. Josh came out to do the install and said it would be about 2 hours. He was finished in 45 minutes. It has been over a week now and the unit is running great! The office staff responded to my text messages even after hours. Thanks!

Avoid this company. I would give them zero stars if I could, they are just that incompetent, and failed at even the simplest of basic problem solving skills.
A two person crew came out to install our new air conditioning system, both the outside condenser unit and inside air handler that goes into the attic space. First, they could not figure out where to park their trailer, in spite of the fact that there was plenty of parking space just 10 feet from the outside condenser unit. Instead they choose to park about 10 - 15 yards away, which was still very close by, but then the technician that was in charge proceeded to whine about having to walk 20 steps to get back to their truck.
Next, he said that he could not figure out how they were going to remove the old outside unit from it's current location, which was in an open space, about three feet away a 3' high shrub, and had a clear walkway to the side of the shrub.
Then the technician noticed that our ceilings were 9' high, instead of 8' high that is most common, and said that he would need 4 men and a winch to lift the air handler unit that extra foot into the attic space, plus he would need an additional $10,000. What a joke!
He then lied to me, and said the reason he needed 4 men and the winch to lift the air handler into the attic was because it weighs over 300 lbs.. If that were true, why in the world would the company ever send out just 2 men, knowing that they could never lift that much weight and maneuver it into a small attic opening, even with standard 8' high ceilings.
I got the model number off the shipping box, looked it up on the internet, and the total shipping weight of the unit was only 117 lbs., which included both the cardboard box it was in, plus the pallet it was shipped on.
Multiple times he stated to my wife, and me, that there was absolutely no way that they were going to be able to install the system. He then threw his own company under the bus, stating that the people in the office were idiots, since they keep sending him and his partner out to install units in places that have ceilings over 8' high.
This technician was the most incompetent person that I have ever had the displeasure of talking to, and I am convinced that he had decided from the time he pulled up that he would find any excuse so that he would not have to work on this day.
I pointed out the chain of incompetencies that had lead us to this moment in time, at which point the technician totally lost the little bit of professionalism that he had, and started throwing multiple F-bombs at me, marched to his truck, got in and drove off. I was very happy that he drove off, as it was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of being out of pocket an extra $10k to this clown, I think my property value went up that much by not having these clowns install the system improperly.

So my A/C went out and I contacted American Home Shield and they assigned Garunteed Services on 7/12/2018. The tech came out in about a week diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and came back out a week later to install the part and said that I needed another part so another week to order the part and and another week to schedule me in. The tech came out installed the part and everything was working. Mind you at this point I have had no A/C for about a month now. About an hour after the tech left the A/C went out again. When I called to get the tech back out the office was closed (@ 3pm). American Home Shield said that they were able to contact someone and was informed the tech was out of the area.
Called Garunteed Services first thing the next day, and the best they could do was another week. Don t use them if you can. They are slow and can t diagnose the problem right the first time.
This company is liars and theives!!!!! We had put a request in with our insurance company to have our A/C looked at. This company, guaranteed services, took our request and was supposed to come out on 7/12/19. They gladly took our 100 service fee too. Well, we recieved an email on 7/11/19 stating they came and did the service and the request was closed. 1. We were on vacation until 10pm on 7/11 and so nobody would have been home even if they would have randomly showed up a day earlier. They had us scheduled for 7/12, and had no right to show up earlier unannounced anyway. 2. Nobody came, work was never done, they had no right to close the request and lie saying they came and fixed it. We ended up calling our insurance company and letting them know they never showed up. They dont know why it was closed out by this company. Long story short, my first experience with them will be my last. Theyre liars for saying they did something they never did and theyre thieves because they stole my $100 service fee when they never ever came to the house.

Tried to bill me for refusing to work on my equipment. Warranty company sent out this company who upon arrival refused to go in attic because of no catwalk across rafters. I told them that was their choice but 2 other companies sent out by the same warranty company had no problem going in attic to do the work. The technician tried leaving without giving me any paperwork so I had to chase him down the driveway and insist he give me a work order stating they did no work at all. 2 months later they tried billing me for $75 and it took me many phone calls and days of frustration to get it taken care of. Guaranteed Services Heating & Air are garbage.
Went through home warranty company and was assigned another contractor that did not want to show up or call , bad customer service! Then we switched to Guaranteed it was a night and day difference , great customer service and they actually care about there customers and make it a easy transition to a new heating unit ,payments and financing didn't hurt at all! We set up on a friday to do job and they were here monday morning! Thanks Guarenteed heating and air. Showed up on time and the day they said they would.

Not only will your problem NEVER be fixed, but you will be treated in the most hateful and inhuman way possible. I don t think they actually know how to repair HVAC units and their markup on refrigerant is almost double what similar sized companies charge. This tells me they don t have repeat business and must fleece the current customer now as no one would ever have anything to do with them again. I think if they didn t have American Sheild sending unsuspecting clients their way they d be out of business.

This is by far the best service company that we have ever used! The reviews for this company don t do them justice. We used them through our home warranty and had went for weeks without ac due to another company wasn t able to fix our unit. Guaranteed was able to work us in the same day and repaired the issue immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of ac repair.

This is going to be long, so for those that don t want to read the whole thing: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are, without a doubt, one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I would rather put my hand in a blender than talk to them again. They also very clearly pay for or solicit 5 star fake Google reviews - sort chronologically and it s obvious that they get all the 5 stars after too many 1 stars bring their score too low. When they have exclusively 1 star or 5 star reviews, it s nonsense.
Our AC went out over 2 weeks ago. Guaranteed Services was contracted through our home warranty and came out the 1st time a day later. They didn t wait long to get on our nerves - they gave a 2 hour time window that they would arrive, but after not hearing from them by the end of the window we had to call them, prompting them to finally show an hour later. When they arrived, they clearly had no intention on doing much, as they looked at the vinyl siding covering our crawl space and said they couldn t remove it, and that we d need to hire someone to come take it off before they could do anything. Since it was an absolutely trivial task, we crawled under the deck and removed it for them. They took a look and determined that we needed a new blower motor and that they would order it, but that it wouldn t come until the beginning of the following week. Ok, fair enough, we d wait til then and have AC.
NOPE. The next week rolls around and back they come. Again a 2 hour window, but this time they call 1.5 hours BEFORE the window starts and say they ll arrive in 25 minutes. Keep in mind we were leaving work to be at the house every time they came, so it was incredibly rude to not even try to meet the agreed schedule. Anyways, we rush home to meet them, but of course they don t show for another hour. To make matters worse, when they get here and look they realize they ordered the right part but they were sent the wrong one . I m sure that s exactly what happened. More waiting now for the right part and more days without AC.
In the next few days they reorder the right part and come back out. To the surprise of exactly no one, they arrive an hour after the 2 hour window again. This time they have the right part but somehow that part was broken, something these geniuses didn t think to check before coming out and again making us leave work to meet them. To make matters worse, this was on a Friday and they could not order the correct, functioning part until Monday. That would be 2 weeks without AC.
Monday rolls around, they order the right part, and they re set to come back Tuesday. Another 2 hour window, and this time they call within the window - progress! NO SIR. They re calling to tell us they can t come in the rain, even though the space they were working on is a crawl space that was completely dry. We would know, since we were the ones removing the cover for them each time. We had again come home from work this time and didn t even get a visit.
Fed up, we asked them to promise that they would come at 12 sharp the following day so that we could just come at lunch from work, which they agreed to. When they hadn t even called by 12:20, we tried to call them but got no answer. Interestingly, we had been reading other reviews about these buffoons and one mentioned they had blocked their number, so we tried from a different phone and magic! They answered on the second ring! Now defensive, they claimed our window was from 12-2 and would not budge. They were very rude and unprofessional in this and every conversation we had with them.
At this point we called our home warranty again and requested a new contractor, which they agreed to after hearing this ridiculous timeline of events. These people are not worth anyone s time or money and both individuals and home warranties should steer as far away as possible. I cannot say enough bad things about them and would give 0 stars if possible.
The only thing Guaranteed Services can guarantee is that they are useless.
I am going to give this company a fair review because I was pleasantly surprised. We have a 20 yr old hvac unit that has started making a humming noise and we wanted to have it checked through our home warranty. When we called our home warranty, this company was assigned, but once we read the negative reviews, we immediately called them back to switch to a different service provider. Guaranteed did not see the cancellation, came to our house and a family member let the gentleman in without knowing it had been cancelled. This is where I was surprised. Based on the negative reviews we had a different opinion of this company, but they were honest. They said the noise was coming from a noisy compressor but the unit is working fine with no malfunctions. He did not try to sell us anything. This is a 20 yr old unit and we would have accepted that any part they said was bad, actually was because of the units age. If they were trying to scam us, they couldve used the hvac age to do that, but they didnt. While I am always skeptical of companies with negative reviews, that is not what guaranteed showed me!
Awful experience...Tech was dispatched for home warranty repair for HVAC unit in attic. Showed up looking completely unprofessional, was in attic for all of 30 seconds before coming down and claiming he could not get to the unit because of an access issue. Said they needed to send someone who was "not 60 years old with better knees". Called dispatch to see if they could send a tech who "could fit" into our attic space, who then informed me that the issue would not be covered under our warranty because all of their techs are "too large" to fit into the area. I am 6'4" and 300 lbs and was able to reach the panel, albeit with some effort which I would obviously expect from a contractor who is being paid for there services. Contacted another company who was able to resolve the problem with minimal effort. Completely disappointed with service and would tell anyone to steer clear of this company.
I have had dealings with many contractors and businesses and I will tell you that NO ONE has a better customer focus than Guaranteed Services. I had an issue with my a/c system and they went beyond my expectations to make sure that I was happy. Both the office and field personnel were very professional and took time to explain issues and solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Overall my experience with Guaranteed Services was great. Setting up and appointment was easy and the staff were very friendly. The day of the appointment the installation crew got there a little late and left a little later than I had hoped, but they did a great job of putting my new system in. Everything works and I haven t had any issues.
This company is one of the BEST!!!!!! The service technicians are highly knowledgeable, friendly and polite! They are very professional and I cannot say enough about them!!!!
Months after Months different companies came out to fix my a/c. Guaranteed Services was the only company to fix my a/c properly! This company offers the best services. 10/10 would recommend!

the company is rude and should never be in business. the manager hung up on me. I called at 10.30 am prior to my 11am to 1pm scheduled appointment and gave them a number to reach me when the driver was in my area. I had someone at my house all morning waiting. Karen the employee said she will give the driver my number and never did. she called me and toll me they had been trying to reach me. granted she called me on the number I gave her to call. i asked her if she gave him the number. she acted as if I spoke another language and tryed to act as if I was inconvenienced her and hung up. I called back and asked why she hung up again. she said I am cancelling your service. after clearly it was not my mistake. no apologizes for the mix up. she called me back and asked if I got in touch with the driver. I said yes. I called back because they left a message for me to call with a followup. that was a joke. Karen said I was rude and she will not let me talk to me or anyone else. I asked for the manager. she said she was not available. I asked are you the one who hung up on me she said I did and the Manager did as well. I laughed at her and said wow this is how you do customers. i asked for the contractors name she said I don't know. I asked for the managers name she would not give it to me. I said someone came to my house and you refuse to give me information. Karen should be fired and the manager needs etiquette classes. I've been a manager in customer service for 30 years and people like this give my profession a bad name.
Worst company in history! Came to house multiple times to "fix" unit. Come to find out when finally bought a new unit the reason why it kept breaking is because these scum bags left two of my duct lines on ground not hooked up. Lucky I don't sue them!
Stacey's post was very similar to my experience. They were paid for a service they never provided. In their report, they said they were IN MY HOUSE and found no issues. Fact: they never set foot in my home. American Home Shield said they could not be put in a position to choose sides, therefore they refunded my money, but paid them anyway. This was December. Today, I received my dispatch email with contractor details and it was GUARANTEED SERVICES. I quickly canceled the appointment and spoke to an AHS representative. Sadly, the other contractor I have in queue ALSO has bad customer reviews. I am hoping I get a positive experience that some of the customers have had. Shame on American Home Shield for not having contractors to improve their customers' experiences and enjoy home ownership. Having something need repair can be stressful, why add stress to your customer?
