The Corprate office is very rude and disrespectful and there no respect for employees.

I have had nothing but trouble with this agency. My file notes are that I have a puppy and my caregiver has a car. None of people they "match" me with had a car and the last two were never told about the dog they ended up afraid of. I was even asked to keep certain friends away because they did not get along with my caregiver. The staff works for they money without compassion. To qualify all you need is be breathing.

Never trust these agency's. They will lie to their employees and to their clients. This agency is not dependable at all. I have a family member that's a client of this agency. She's disabled an depend on help from others due to her disability plus she's a diabetic. This agency just in it for the money not to help people. They send unskilled employees to do work they never done berfore. That's a risk when you dealing with disabled people who depends on skilled caregivers. What if they drop her trying to transfer her from the wheel chair or the bed? She have to call me over to her house when the CNA's don't show for work. Several times her sugar was super low. Nobody to care for her from the agency because they can't keep skilled dependable workers. They tell the workers and the clients misleading information...LIARS... Never use this agency..Trust me.....

Celetrial Care is a great company to work for. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have some awesome clients. I love my job.

Celestial care is a pleasant place to work and treats their clients fair.

Since I was at celestial care I have had to go through three different caregivers. I should not have let this happen. I read in a book that there supposed to have 2 years experience all three of my caregivers had two to three weeks experience. Each one of my caregivers either broke things or one actually stole items. All they told me was to call the police they didn't do anything about any of my other problems. This is affecting my health it's very stressful it's like they can let anybody in your house and it doesn't matter if they steal things or break things they won't do anything about it. I have MS and this is not good from my MS & all my other medical problems. I posted items that were broken but not sure if they all came up.

I don't believe anyone actually works in the office operator answers phone that puts you into a voicemail that is never answered. Worker on phone setting up a drug deal.

Take advantage of the disabled! They took advantage of me. Very unprofessional! Stay away! There are better out there

The people that work there are wonderful and considerate towards every client. They do their best work possible.

Celestial Care is a joke. Anyone reading or seeing this post do not use Celestial as there care provider worst place I've seen. They are so un professional and so disrespectful towards there clients and employees.

Worst Company Ever! The Office People Are Very Un Organized And Un Aware Of What Is Going On With Their Caregivers. Caregivers Have No Respect And Lack Of Professional Experience. And The List Goes On.

Celestial Care has such a caring batch of workers, in the office and in the field. They truly are a compassionate company with Christian based values! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate and dedicated team to help them get care in their home!!!

Celestial was the best place I have ever worked, I know first hand how caring the owner and her family are.i wish I could work them now..so how dare anyone have anything bad to say about celestial care..I had worked there for years..until I was setup by a job sight I was sent on,I would be still there..I've never met a more caring boss.
