Owner is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! she said she wasn't ...

Owner is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! she said she wasn't going to spend another 20 minutes on the phone with me and she just explained it to my husband after the 3rd time of my husband staying home waiting on someone that is unprofessional to come and fix our heat rude and hung up the phone.... PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT THE ONE!!!! I DON'T EVEN SEE HOW THEY EVEN HAVE 3 STARS.
