Worst broadband connection ever seen in kolkata.
Its connectivity issue doesn't solve the purpose. I used to call for 7-8 times a day to the local operator. Everyday there is a problem in connectivity. I used to play online games and not able to play for a single hour continuously. Consistency is almost zero. Ping gradually goes up and down. So i choose alliance broadband. Best consistent broadband service ever.

How Pathetic Your Service. After Amphan On 5th June They Took Package Money To Restart The Service Just Only 2 Hours Services.... Now From Yesterday To Today No Internet Service.It's Not Providers Fault, It's Fault Of Main Center. What I Will Do Now? . I'm Helpless And Our Area Has Only Net Service Provider & They Giving Only Gtpl Kcbpl Broadband Service. Very Pathetic & It's Very Mental Painfull. Although I Have To Go With This Obligely

I use to use there broadband service the customer service was pathetic so the moment airtel broadband came to our complex i switched now the local gtpl guys have started cutting airtel lines and disrupting the internet. Atleast they should refrain from doing these things atleast during these time when everyone is working from home.... Pathetic service pathetic people

Service is quite good not making trouble in normal days, but when comes the rainie days it's signal becomes weak sometimes... tht should need to take neccessary precautions for the waterproofing and safety

They had issues during and after Amphan. But we sh...

They had issues during and after Amphan. But we should not judge them by that. It took almost 3 months for them to recover from the disaster. The connection was not stable that time. We had a blackout for one or two hours almost every week. GTPL broadband is serving my purpose with a stable connection now. I'm happy with them. A few instances of bad experience should be forgiven.

Worst to worsted cable I have ever seen ...our local area operator are worst there customer service is so poor. Never take this cable instead switch yo tata sky or dish tv atleast their customer service is much better........I will request gtpl to take some action against it

disgusting and very bad service, their staffs are like that only disgust. no one is there to help you they just want money money eaters. no customer service at all. the channels are always disturbed. unprofessional company and unprofessional behavior. i want to give 0 star but no option for it so 1 star. third grade company.

Very bad..the representative treat with customers very rudely..every month they charge so much but they don't even bother to solve or listen to your query..they don't even receive your call..this GTPl should be banned completely.

I had asked & activated one channel yo my package,...

I had asked & activated one channel yo my package, but even after 24 hrs it could not be activated. The call centre persons in Kolkata & are not able to solve any problems & are absolutely useless. There is no continuity as we every time we phone customer care a new person picks up & asks for set top box no. When i tried to aporoach their head office no, there also no response.
Very bad service levels & no was to escalate to higher authority.
I am planning to come out & join a DTH CO.

Worst customer service, never picks up calls. Has inexperienced people at customer server whose's one and only solution to every problem is connecting directly instead of router.

After multiple complains about ping redirected me a support email, which instead asks me to call the customer service, like a loop they keep telling me to contact via email and that they would fix latency and packet loss issues, but nothing comes out of it ever.

There's downtime's very frequently where when asked the answer is always they are fixing something, fixing what? god knows nothing ever improves and only degrades.

I had better internet back in 2017, this just makes me sad to see as time goes on the quality will only drop along with the people that run the service.

From you to the Internet Noah and Korana to the doctor is the same and the cable operators can not say a word, they work 24 hours a day like the police, 5000 times an hour request time out LOL NETWORK

Very Unhappy with the service/ support of the STB, as chain of people are making money just by replacing the old boxes against any of the available with the operators without any bill or further warranty. again after 6-8 month when it fails they will again ask for swapping as not repairable or Spare not available
