Cant provide good connection, instead cuts Airtel and Reliance broadband lines. Heights of impotency. No sympathy for such people. You deserve to be taken over by Jio or Airtel

Well....local cable providers are a bit headache....!!! So it's just o.k kind of a place...!!! Anyway u will not visit there if you don't need...!!! So yaa it's just that...!!! Would be better if the staffs behave in a better way...!!!

Slow internet speed as compare to tariff. Very poor service in terms of recharge and others. Please don't opts this.

I booked a connection on the dated of 11th June 2020 but today is 15 th June but still I didn't received the connection.
After making a few call today they provide a damaged set top box and pictures are coming without sound.
When we try to contact with them no response are coming.
I suggest to all of you please no one takes the connection from GTPL KCBPL.
They are provided the WORST service.i am from dumdum satgachi Battala K.B.C. ROAD.

Half of the channels I used to watch is now not even included in a costlier package.

This review is for GTPL KCBPL's services in Dum Dum Park area. Since they are not traceable on Google Maps, I had to tag it with the the Head Office.

Fore almost two months now I have been getting around 2-5mbps speed, even though I am paying for 80mbps. Their office phones are always either switched off or not answered. Every time I call up the person who collects money, he would say that he has informed the office about my problem but they are not taking any steps. If I call up the technician, he would either not answer the call or would promise to visit immediately but would never show up. I have tried at least 30 times to get this resolved.

What's worse? They don't act upon the feedback received here. But I sincerely hope that people who need a connection would read this and avoid this service provider.

They provide Franchaigy to some local providers.
Who charge 600 setup cost and 3 month advance.
This is my first moth lover and my account is expired. Plus everyday drop more then 5 time.
When I call them they just say talk to local provider.
Very bad service. They don t care about the clients.

Internet is down most of the time. Poor quality infrastructure. malfunctioning website. inability to provide uninterrupted service. Doesn't extend validity when unable to provide service. 75 mbps plan doesn't even cross 35 mbps in reality. But, shows 75 on few sites :) surprisingly. Easily fooling most customers :) Just because India doesn't have proper network infrastructure , cheaters such as gtpl, tv2net thrive in these markets and hold monopoly.

I asked for a broadband connection they said it will done in one week but after two months they did not gave the connection and every time i asked about they said tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow when will i get the connection

Worst Service provider ever, I DON't recommend anyone to even subscibe any kind of net work from this people . They Actually have zero solutions to their problem and is a complete fraud, a cheat; every member of this co. is same . Local cable Provider are very rude and has cheated my old father various times. We subscribed for 60mbps of bandwith but after installing optilink being recommended by them and made various promises nothing was made. It worsened my network non of the device was able to get adequate speed for normal work I even started facing net lags in lowest of the net using places. I complained various times but nothing improved. The net is degrading day by day. I am facing various problems and in a distraous position. I hope no will ever fall in this trap. Don't take their broadband connection if you have other options in your locality. Poor signal. Connection gets lost very frequently.

After amphan...trust me this internet servicr is very bad..bust trust me before amphan gtpl internet is too good...and i also report to company but they are told me...." hope it is good 2 week...but in this time..this service is not good....

One of the worst connection provider. They will take full month charge whether you will take connection on 23rd day of a month or 15th day of a month. They always ask to make a full payment of whole month for 7 or 15 days. If you want to close a connection for a month or for few days you have to go their office for that. If you tell them over phone they will listen it but when you again start connection they fully disagree on it. To take new hd connection they will charge 2500 + one month package but when you return the box they refund only 750 rs they behave like nobidy take 2500 to take new connection and you cannot prove it because they will not provide any slip for the transaction. Every week you will get acces denied messge in your tv and you called them multiple time to resume the channels. The sd picture quality is very much distorted. You do not get any one good reason to get a connection from gtpl. This time they forcefully converted my hd package to sd package then mid of march they stoppes all the channel. When i visited to them to submit connection they are asking to pay hd package fee for the full month in spite of they did not provide hd connection for a single day of that month.

Your network is so macho that even if you slander Bengali, you will read less

Their cable feed for TV programs is also horrible. I do not know why government regulatory body can tolerate this.

Broadband Connection was down for weeks and support staff advised to change laptop parts when he was unable to fix the issue. Poor co-ordination between company and service provider. Cannot get help directly from the company. Worst connection I have ever used.

Do not go by the 5* reviews.
They are paid ones and more than half of the 5* reviews are from their staff occupants.

Their service is a joke.
Its pathetic.
I would recommend you to lodge a complaint in the GST portal against them as I have , as their internet bills include GST but they never mention the words GST or GSTIN for that regard.

The GST council will take strict action and impose a hefty fine on them, if we get together and lodge a complaint against them on the GST portal.

I earlier had Manthan and suddently the operator installed GTPL and then asked for Rs200/- caliming for registration charnges without filling up any regn form neither giving any registration number, the services are very poor and bad

Services are much better now that I have shifted to an optical fiber line, but the costs are much high with respect to the speeds offered.

Can't watch more than 7/8 channels , no news channel visible except star ananda

Wrost experience ever, i am user their internet service for last 4 month, and i face many problem, 15 days in a month internet is not working properly, i am using their 100mbps package. They fix the issue temporary and after 1day same issue arrive. They even don't care

Bad service, stuffs are not literate, Internet and Cable both of the Broadcast is horrible. Also cheat people by picking up more money which is not applicable and in internet pack can't even see your own log what speed you have choosen from them at what rate.

1. False Customer Communication: A 55MBPS plan (Speed) is in actually 50MBPS, this was revelation after calling technical support.
2. Unstable connection, an average of 10MBPS loss.

Gtpl company is a company that has a lot of customer service for its cheat, as well as the extra money it has received from the company and its channel, which has been authorized by the public for its additional charge. SOMOSTO DTH (airtel, dishtv, videocon, tata sky) SERVICE center for customer care and ask NCF for that? I am going to ask you to go to the nearest local language. Extremely irresponsible behavior..disgusting service. Their customer care service is worthless they don't provide any information nd don't even talk nicely. I am a customer and i hv every right to know what is going on or are they even working to restoring the services but don't provide any answer.

Just pathetic. I pay Rs. 1250 for their broadband service which is down a good 5 to 7 days a month. Whenever I raise complaint, I am being told that the people are looking into the matter. I am asked to wait for the internet to come back. It's the third day today and the internet is down.

Very very bad ISP they dont receive the phone , also they dont have any technical knowledge , they are running fraud business ... their server does not provide stable connection. If you do ping you will get request timed out in every 2 or 3 mins .. they are not providing white packet they are giving low quality black packet. we never seen this kind of bad ISP in our life . very soon they need to shut down their business . check your own service by yourself in 700079 area .....
