You will be compelled to pay the extra amount over the TRAI values every month through the LCO. Do not expect constructive support from Customer Service. The online facility is not well developed. Try any other d2h provider, but not GTPL KCBPL.

Very poor broadband service and the customer care people are worst. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My broadband connection goes out of service after every 2 to 3 days and along with that on daily basis it goes out of service for 2 to 5 minutes and every interval of 15 to 30 minutes. I have tried to reach customer care and the local operator however no one is ready to help and I am being harassed on daily basis. The customer care people says do whatever you feel like we do not care.
Bad service provided by local GTPL broadband provider. There is no importance for customers. They just ignore us.

Very poor service. Even after 4-5 months haven't got any payment receipt no channel subscription document. Even I am not sure f I am payment right amount of money to the local agent. Till today i am unaware of my account number and STB number. Even worst the mentioned email id on contact address is wrong.
Went there for NOC engineer interview but the salary negotiation could not complete d caz this company offered very low salary for not only freshers but also experienced ones.....and the lift experience was pathetic

The worst boardband provider ever . They extract the money on time but does not provide the service atleast 4-5 days in a month on an avg. The customer service is also the worst one , none can contact them , the behavior of the staff is very poor. We don't have internet connection for last 3 days this time , but they are not receiving any calls. In these days we are missing the online classes. Who will take the responsibility?

I am using 85 mbps plan which cost me Rs700 per month but when is check the internet speed on speedtest app I never received internet speed more than 40mbps.
On an average they only provide 15-25mbps on an 85mbps plan.
And the worst this is when i complain to the local operator they say that our router is not good but my router is new and it supports upto 300mbps.
So if you want to get wifi dont waste your money on gtpl broadband.

Worst network connection i have ever seen, their customer care service is always busy with other calls, internet speed is too low to download . It takes almost 4 hours+ to download 2 gb file with average speed of 2mb/s... Though they are promised to provide 75mb/s internet connection.

I prefer to give them zero star. They have an unreachable customer service. If you can reach them you would find them to be rude and they would not actually solve any problem. Worst brodband connection I have ever seen, After Amphun every single service provider has started thier operation by 22nd-23rd May but GTPL is still out of service more over no customer support is their. Please dont take connection of GTPL go for any other.
I'm a user of this cable network from Kalyanpur(near baruipur). I'm very unhappy with this connection, most of the the time I found no signal. Aslo when I inform my local dealer they says that they can't help us About this..please try to provide good Service.

One of the worst in this region. They will charge you exorbitantly and wont show channels as promised. Their packages look great in paper but wont get to see in reality. The customer care wont respond to your calls. The money collectors are often local goons. Even disconnecting is a pain.

Worst experience. Local Cable operator will charge extra money out of your actual invoiced amount. And if you pay online, LCO will create interruptions compelling you to pay the extra charges, which is completely unlawful and customer service is worst, they will suggest you to contact that LCO against whom you complained to the customer care.

Poor service, it's been 5 days after cyclone and they haven't fixed the broadband connection near Mahabirtala yet. They don't even understand the intensity of need in this lockdown and that most people are working from home. They are probably costing people jobs and freelance projects, just because of their negligence. I am definitely going for other alternatives right after this lockdown is over.
