I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and my sales representative Chantel Rajkumar was amazing , I was absolutely satisfied with the service I received , Chantel guided me through all the ins and outs of purchasing my vehicle and made sure she helped me pick the perfect vehicle to suit my needs .... I give her a 10/10 for making me confidant in my purchase !!

The chantelle women who is a sales person is the worst tried selling me a 2010 accord with many issues for 15,000 because I was a young buyer she tried taking advantage of me. Beware of her, she may come off as helpful but she is only looking out for herself at your expense. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, that said everyone else such as the advisors were genuine and great people.

This is my second time (read second car) here. Despite living in Hamilton I prefer to come to his location because of Chantel. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided me detailed information that helped me make a very informed decision that made my first buying experience great. She is very prompt and responsive on emails / text when I have a question. After sales, she keeps in touch with you to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I highly recommend Chantel and Toronto Honda.

This dealership gets four stars only because of Carlos in used car sales. He was patient with us as we looked at many used cars in their underground garage. We had gone to many other dealerships with salesman that were dishonest about the condition of their used cars. I didn't buy a car from him that day however, I would definitely recommend him to my friends looking for a car.

Absolutely awful service. The Service Advisor Ronny literally yells at people. I've witnessed it more than once. He does not care about your business and I guess the manager does not as well, considering he employees people like this. Also, if you call and speak to a woman Sheree, she is SO unhappy, just hang up the phone and call back again. Quite honestly, the worst service I've ever received. I have taken my business elsewhere and am much happier :)

These guys are amazing , I dealt with Justin who helped me finalize a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 and it's the best decision I have made. Justin was great to work with and we were able to sort out the financials quickly and come to an agreement.

i met with Matthew, he was very nice, helpful and patient. he answered all my questions. The car i purchase is honda civic ex, the deal is excellent. I love the car so much. the only thing i did not like is the Financial service manager. It took me an hour to wait for him and he pushed me a lot to purchase warranty insurance, even if i firmly toldly him that i did not want it. Also, I have not gone to their service department yet. hopefully they r as good as matthew.

Purchased front disc rotors and pads for my Honda Civic. Warranty on parts is within 20k km or 1 year. Disc rotors started to fail under 10k km. Called and was told to come in to have part inspected then was told to pay $65 to check parts even though parts were still under warranty. Said I didn t install parts at dealer so I have to pay to have parts checked. Ridiculous!

Bought a used car from Krish, was promised a fantastic price and he delivered. Checked Auto Trader and for 28 other sales to an exact year, mileage range and model, it was the 2nd lowest within 100kms. Found a defect in the front windshield 2 days after taking ownership and with no questions asked, Yuri the manager fixed it right away. Fantastic service and found them through a referral who felt the same way.

I dropped by on Tuesday to check available options at TorontoHonda . Farhan (Corporate Sales manager), very passionate at his job, was just amazing at helping me shortlist and nail down the suitable options, having listened patiently to my requirements. They provide such a great service. It was Roger De Leon who helped me and he did all just to meet my needs. He is one of the best sales person I have ever met. I did not know much about financing a car and he helped me understand everything I need and wanted to know. They are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership!

From the moment we walked in and met with Tobias, we felt very comfortable and at ease with the purchase of 2 brand new cars. His overall knowledge of cars and specifically his in-depth knowledge of the brand new Hondas made the experience even easier as well as fun and exciting. If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I definitely would. My overall experience with this dealership has been dreadful. From sales to the service department, this place is a joke. I went to go look at a 2017 Civic Coupe which I happened to buy about 2 months ago now. The day after I put a deposit on it, I received an email from another salesperson who had been contacting me via email which I forgot about. He stated the following "That s not nice, I am working hard for leads and I did my best to follow up then you show up without a word and give the deal to someone else." That is extremely unprofessional considering that I told him I was coming on that day and never heard back since. Aside from this, the salesperson that I dealt with was clueless. He told me that the clutch would be covered in the 30 day bumper to bumper, 2 weeks after receiving the car, my clutch started squeaking and I was told that it was not in writing by the salesperson and that the service department wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Before picking up my car, I told the salesperson that a couple things needed to be fixed, including a broken mirror (which was replaced, but I couldn't adjust it), the aero package has misalignments, and the passenger fender was sticking out. We also agreed on the car being detailed. Of course, none of that was done. The first day I went back was to fix my mirror, and the aero kit. They told me to come back another day because they didn't have the part, and the aero kit was fixed with double sided tape. The second time I went back, was for the mirror, fender, and the aero kit misalignment. I was told that nothing could be done because the fender is a factory defect, and the aero kit is made like that. The aero kit is not assembled that way, because i've checked online how it looks. i told the service guy that, and he told me he can't do anything. They took my car to service, and after I received it there were stains of grease and dirt on my seat...which are still there to this date. This overall experience has been the worst experience I've ever received to date, and I definitely will not be returning.

Purchased a used '17 civic with the help of Kumar and it was a very easy and speedy process. The quality of used vehicles they carry seem to be above the competition, and come CPOd which is a plus. It's worth the extra travel time for the better deals imo.

We took delivery earlier this week of our new Pilot Touring. So far we're very happy with it.

A big thank you to Emily Lee for facilitating our purchase and also to Reza for his no-pressure presentation of warranty and other options. The purchase process was quick and painless and, despite the long wait for delivery (understandable given the new model), the delivery and orientation was well handled.

The undisputed worst Honda dealership in GTA. The experience getting my car serviced here is one that no one should repeat. Getting any type of service here requires half a day or more. Not only they keep your car for way longer than they should but they don't provide any rental/loaner car to help out. My advice, go anywhere else
Edit: The dealership response is confirming everything i said with pleasant writing.If you want to be inconvenienced and over charged with a smile this place is for you otherwise do what me and everyone else does, go to another place.

Emily Lee of the Danforth Honda location is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience leasing a car. She was knowledgeable, intelligent, thorough, and kind. Emily went through all elements of our Honda Civic with us, pricing, and even got us the burgundy night pearl colour that we loved. The experience could not have been smoother or more enjoyable. Recently purchased a used Dodge Journey from Toronto Honda, I mainly dealt with a salesman named Lanka. He was very courteous and accommodating with all my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed into the purchase or upsold on any extras which is a plus. I had some concern with the tire treads which ended up being replaced during the certification. Overall my experience was excellent and would recommend going to see Lanka at Toronto Honda for your next vehicle purchase.

The purpose of my visit to the dealership was an interest in purchasing a Honda automobile. The salesperson Chris Cho provided the opportunity for two test drives and answered any and all questions I had regarding the transaction and the car itself. There were no high pressure sales tactics throughout the process which I have unfortunately experienced at other car dealerships in Toronto. I decided to go with a lease and the Financial Services Specialist Alan Mathews also provided excellent customer service in answering all my questions regarding leasing. I would recommend going to this dealership if one is in the market for a car.

Just bought a new HRV through the delightful sales rep Chantel and with help of the very friendly financial services manager Jenny, both very helpful and informative. We love the car thus far and the dealership overall seems very professional and thorough, I'll get back later after a few service appointments!
