Working with GTO was a great experience, it was my first produce season and Ashley was very detailed and helpful during and after my training.
The manager Matt is harassing us to run my driver illegally, or he will report us to carrier 411. Driver arrived to the shipper at 9 PM, and by 12PM he decided to leave the load since he was running out of hours. They were expecting him to drive 850 miles without having hours... 17 years in the business, and he doesn't know the 70 hour rule. I'll check with the Federal motor Carrier and Safety Administration.
Trash brokers! They cancel on you the very last minute. Carriers beware
We do work with GTO and they are usually very on point . They pay very good but also they will charge if you are late or something which is very fair they pay but they expect quality on their service . Today it was different experience . We booked a load with Gabriel Carillo at 1:50 pm that day and he told us that the truck needs to be at pick up at 3 pm and also told us that he will call the and give the driver the pick up number . We got the rate con right away and we momentarily dispatched the driver. After 35 mins Gabriel called back and told us that they are taking us from the load(probably double booked) and we asked for TONU which he refused since he didnt gave the driver the pick up number . We asked to talk to a manager and we spoke to Jeff and Will i think were the names and here was the worst . They were very arrogant and abusive and threatened us that they will only send us TONU if they put us on block at GTO which we refused and the worst thing is we cant do anything about ..in general we have a good experience with GTO those 3 brokers are not the entire brokerage ..
Horrible company. I never write reviews but this company reported my company and lied completely. Saying we were at a shipper and left the load when the fact is they were not paying as much as another broker and when I told them I was going with the other broker they gave me a bad review. I will make sure to report them to FMCSA or anyone I can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE

This is by far the worst company I ve ever seen. You can book loads with them, but they will just take your driver off if they find a cheaper rate. Also you can t talk to management about it because they will just belittle you and your ethnicity.
Drinking alcohol in the parking lot of your work place every afternoon with employees who are still on the clock seems very unprofessional but what do you except from a company whose HR rep would rather join in on making fun of the workers than handle actual problems. Ask anyone who works here currently or in the past how they feel about their job and every single one will tell you how much they loathe this place and how any other broker not only pays them more but would treat them with more respect. The drama these people bring into your life is not worth the risk.
If you cannot avoid working with this company then book your freight with Wil Owen it Josh Henderson. Those are the only employees who try their hardest to uphold some kind of integrity.

It s just so furstrating dealing with all these cheap unprofessional employees such as A Y, I hauled a load, checked in11am and was loaded 19 hours later, As well as on delivery there was another delay, the they only paid $93 for all of that, how cheap can this be and when talking to the employee Arturo Yebra, he seemed so scared and unprofessional not know what to say or take a decision. I don t care but GTO2000 is loosing us as a carrier and all other carriers in out community..
What can I say about GTO 2000, I love those guys !! Landon and Tuesday are the best. Ever load that we do together is always executed smoothly and we generally never have a problem. If you need a load, give my friends at GTO 2000 a call.

These people are liars and crooks they want free acess to drivers phones for tracking free tracking system its always something to take from a driver. I do. Not grant any one acess to my personal phone its an invasion of privacy and uncontitutional
Horrible Company. Be aware when dropping trailer for Mars facilities they will not make you aware when trailer is empty. They will change the time when empty to not pay you detention. Between where you drop and Mars personnel they will lie to your face even if you have proof. Last, you NEED 2 STAMPS ON YOUR BILLS EVEN IF RECEIVING SAYS YOU DONT. You will NOT get paid with out it. Pleaseeee dont work or deal with this company. No teamwork involved. They dont care about people or drivers & all there work is messy. Management is messy & drama Ashleyy is sloppy unprofessional and flirts with eveyone and does lots of bad they cant keep people everyone is UNDERPAID so much drama & disrespect here. A load cancelled on me 5 hours before pick up, but Wil went out of his way to help me find another load. Shortly after he got me a load going home.
If you want to lose 1 working day ( sometimes weekend ), please book a load with them.
You will end up wasting drivers time, your time and you ain't gonna get loaded. It will be cancelled next working day.

Really bad broker that work for this company. Horrible communication and easily took us of the load because my driver called the shipper to let them know he is running a little late. WOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN!.

This is the most UNPROFFESIONAL company we have ever attempted to do business with. Every single load we book with them, ends up being cancelled. My driver dead headed 400 miles to pick up a load for this company and when we called for a pick up # the lady we booked the load with (Alba Mejia) stated the The load is cancelled. When we asked for a truck order not used to componsate the driver for his wasted time/miles she laughed and hung up.
DO NOT book loads with this company!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. This broker will place you on a load and take you off without letting you know once they find a carrier that will haul for less. This has happened to me twice already and then they refuse to pay a TONU. I will be submitting a claim for the TONU. Bunch of unprofessional people, save yourself the time and dont deal with them.
If it was an option for 0 stars i would have chosen that! The management staff here is very unprofessional. They are chaotic, disrespectful and rude. The Ops Support Manager Ashley runs everybody off with her attitude. She talks about you to other co workers & just stirs up drama. She talks down about her existing staff to potential & new hires, its shameful. Who does that!!! They always wanted us lie to drivers, its a mess! This would not be such a bad place to work for if there was more structure, less favoritism, and upper management in place who actually listens and takes action when there is a common complaint. Very unprofessional place!!

I hauled a load for these idiots and everything is screwed up . They don't have the correct pick up number. Then they bother you until the next problem comes up at the receiver (incorrect numbers) . Then I sit at the receiver for 8hrs because they shipment of products don't match up with is to be received so now I sit and wait until they try to figure it out. Bottom line is don't haul for these morons

First and LAST time picking up a load from this Broker. 12.5hrs load time. Delivery to Walmart DC. Delivery Appt was not confirmed, per Walmart. More waste. ELD,s and this Broker will costs you money. Beware
Booked load with them and we waited for the rate conformation while they were telling us they will send it to us any minute, after over one hour of waiting time they told us they dont have the freight anymore, put us in a really bad spot and we missed other loads. Strong suggestion not to use them at all.
Good folks, and easy to deal with. I've never had an issue we couldn't work out. They really go out of their way to make things right.
Terrible company to work with. Was contracted to haul cardboard. Specifically asked if it was recycled goods that would be wet and messy. Was told no - clean dry product. When we arrived at the shipper it was a recycling yard and our bales were sitting in the rain in a huge puddle of muck. Called Carlos back and asked why he lied to us. Talked in circles and had no defense. I told them we would be billing for TONU as they were not up front regarding the load. They denied payment and we are now filing on their bond. Stay away from these clowns!!
Rates are awful. They dont put pickup numbers in their load info and when you call them to get the correct numbers, they never answer the phone.
They are very slow to resolve issues (billing, osd, etc)
Seems they are either very new to doing this or they just dont care.
Didn't want to give this place such a low rating but I cant understand how a business would want such a nasty unprofessional human representing them Ashley who works here, makes this place look horrific.

great people! I love booking freight with them, especially Tuesday. she is a sweetheart :) always professional and she make sure to keep my trucks rolling. the entire staff is always polite and helpful when we call for load info.

This broker is corrupted, my driver did get empty and was dispatched when Jared-broker called me and told me that he tried to call my driver and couldn't get hold of him, if he doesn't call him in 5 minutes he will take us off the load, my driver called him and he still took us off the load on Saturday in Ohio, he recovered the load without posting the load on the loadboard even he told me that the load was posted, they are scam broker.
BAD BUSINESS. IT ALL STARTS HIGHER UP. BAD MORALS. CARELESS. DONT BOOK LOADS.

Had long wait time loading due to issue at cooler. Broker actually had lunch delivered to me and two others drivers while we were waiting to load. Look forward to working with GTO again.
