Terrible company to work with. Was contracted to haul cardboard. Specifically asked if it was recycled goods that would be wet and messy. Was told no - clean dry product. When we arrived at the shipper it was a recycling yard and our bales were sitting in the rain in a huge puddle of muck. Called Carlos back and asked why he lied to us. Talked in circles and had no defense. I told them we would be billing for TONU as they were not up front regarding the load. They denied payment and we are now filing on their bond. Stay away from these clowns!!
