We do work with GTO and they are usually very on point . They pay very good but also they will charge if you are late or something which is very fair they pay but they expect quality on their service . Today it was different experience . We booked a load with Gabriel Carillo at 1:50 pm that day and he told us that the truck needs to be at pick up at 3 pm and also told us that he will call the and give the driver the pick up number . We got the rate con right away and we momentarily dispatched the driver. After 35 mins Gabriel called back and told us that they are taking us from the load(probably double booked) and we asked for TONU which he refused since he didnt gave the driver the pick up number . We asked to talk to a manager and we spoke to Jeff and Will i think were the names and here was the worst . They were very arrogant and abusive and threatened us that they will only send us TONU if they put us on block at GTO which we refused and the worst thing is we cant do anything about ..in general we have a good experience with GTO those 3 brokers are not the entire brokerage ..
