Not very good location no washrooms available Cant even make a simple sub

Shabby interior and disinterested service. They also forgot to grill my sub as requested. At least they have daily specials right now.

Very fresh bread. Great caring workers and employees. Awesome food and way better than SUBWAY. Subway is fake and never come again. mr sub is the one that u need to go to! Great food and service!

Good subs, but the music is very loud and it's not an enjoyable seating area.

What's there not to love? Knocks out subway by leaps and bounds on bread and topping quality.

Food and service was very good. The ladies serving the lunch time crowd are nice and made suggestions for options while I was being indesisive! Enjoyed the sub of the day, which is a great deal! Ample seats to enjoy your sub/meal. Definitely going there again!

Food was great but poor customer service skills. The woman was rude and acted like we were disturbing her by ordering food there.

I love mr sub! Not a subway fan. However, white bread wasn t great, kind of fell apart in pieces. I wish they d make home made oil and vinegar dressing like they used to.

I'd choose Mr. Sub over Subway any day. Shame there aren't more locations throughout Toronto, but at least I'll have this one near my school for a while. After that though, don't know when I'm gonna get my Mr. Sub fix, honestly. The staff at this location are patient and the first two days of the weke have my favourite subs of the day.

I come every week because the food is fresh and I love the ladies. Emily and Lorna are the best. Best service and best food.

Horrible customer service. Ladies are rude. Don't know how to make a sub. All my toppings were falling out while she was cutting it. When I asked her to make sure the toppings are in the sandwich she was very rude. They should not be working in customer service.

I always go to this location and to be closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday REALLY??? WHY??? SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED

Have not been to Mr Sub in a long time, was best sub I have had in awhile. Smoked Meat and grilled.

Main entrance doors always stay open by about a foot, even in the freezing winter and they refuse to fix it. They also sometimes mix bread from the day before, probably those that didn't sell. Therefore I agree with Lisa because sometimes you get fresh bread while other times you don't. And yes, their sub sauce isn't as good as it used to be (we should taste more vinegar not oil).

One of the better Sub shop in the area...they don't skimp on the toppings

I wish I could give zero stars! Worst customer service, I had a problem with my skip order and just called to see what was happening and the lady on the phone yelled at me saying " I have customers!" And hung up..... some people shouldnt be in customer service. I'll go to subway, thanks!

This particular location is kind of shady and in poor condition. They have a special where you can make a small sub into a wrap at no extra charge, but they charge you the price of a large when you do that. There's always this one man handling the till and he doesn't have a very nice attitude when you ask why The tables and seats are always grimy and not cleaned. I come here a couple of times a week because my coworkers love it - I personally hate giving them my business.

I always enjoy a sub from here for lunch, and the staff are very friendly and always seem to remember what I usually order, even though I am not there that often!

Sub made with care. Checking back in a year later. Still a well made sub, so tasty. Properly built subs prepared with care.

I decided to order a sub today and although the customer service was fine, the food was horrible. I couldn't''t finish it and threw it out. The sub was cold and wasn't grilled properly, and did not taste good. I also asked for hot water, which wasn't served properly as within seconds of holding it, water split over and burned my hand.

This location was once pretty poor on cleaning standards and terrible at keeping to the posted hours but both have improved greatly. I now walk past the Subway down the street to this Mr. Sub. And I'm glad.
