Went in at 1030 on a Wednesday night to try some new food. Stood at the front to be greeted or seated for 3 minutes before i realized that i was going to have to seat myself. I ordered the hawian flatbread a coke and a side of fries. 20 minutes later the waiter who was very nice came to tell me that they were out of pineapple and that i needed to order something else. Ive worked in the food industry before so i just said okay and ordered something else. At the 45 minute mark i just got up and left. I dont know why it took 20 minutes from ordering my food for them to realize that they couldnt make it but when my next order diddnt come out after an additional 25 minutes i found it to be quite unacceptable. I dont recal ever walking out of a restaurant before this but i was not happy. If you decide to go here you very well might have a good experience but i definitely diddnt.

Good happy hour! Wi-fi (ask for password), cold beer and really good stuffed mushrooms and one of the best burgers in central Arkansas! Give them a try!

This is a smoking bar / restaurant, so it's 21 and up!

They have a verity of things to do like a dart board room, shuffleboard, pool and karaoke. Be careful when you use the restroom ladies they have an immediate step down as soon as you open the stall door and many people have fell, the cigarette smoke needs to be ventilated more it is a bit choking but it still hold 4 stars because of the friendly alert staff and multiple options.

Friendly staff and customers. I'd like to say the most cozy type place I can think of, but that word doesn't work for a bar to me. Their jukebox is nice and loud, got pool and good eats. Usually just the right size crowd. Smoking and vape friendly, just FYI for those that need to know.

Man, you gotta try the wings with grumpy's house sauce. So good. All of the food is. It's a dive bar. The beer isn't super cold. People can smoke in there which isn't for me but it is what it is.

This is the best bar in Little Rock that allows smoking and stays open late. It's very cozy with a very nice patio area. Service is amazing, the owners are the coolest people, and the food will surprise you with its quality every time. I have never had a bad time here, never had food that wasn't superb, and drinks are on point! It's a place that encourages walking around and meeting new people, making friends. Contains a full size shuffleboard, 2 dart boards, pool table, corn-hole, ski-ball, jukebox (touch tunes), etc...there's no lack of things to do. One can tell a lot of love goes into running the place. As stated before, it is smoking indoors, but it's well ventilated. Never gets too rowdy, though occasionally you'll get a problem drunk, but those situations are handled swiftly without issue by the patrons and staff. If you're looking for a good night drinking, give the place a try!

Great place to go. No cover charge which is hard to find around here. Everybody is friendly you can just walk up to anyone and start a conversation. After showing up a few times they already started to remember what drink I was going to order. Very clean as well, would definitely recommend.

I was new to the area and trying out the different bars to find my new local hangout. When I first went to Grumpy's it showed good promise. I wasn't crazy about the smoking, but I got over that. It is a bar. The food was hit or miss. The ruben was one of the best I've had in a while. The chicken nachos were not good at all. The famous Watsoni was just avg cheese dip. The Fried Green Olives were pretty good. The panko crust was good and not over cooked The juke box was on and the atmosphere seemed good. They have a pool table and some dart boards. The bath room was pretty clean. The decor seemed dated and from the 80's.

One thing I noticed and didn't like my first visit was they don't give you a receipt. They would just say you owe this much. I went with it because the price sounded about right. I went about 5 times and each time the amount was about the same $20 - $25. Then one night I only had around 4 beers and didn't eat. The bartender/manager yells out I owed $32. That didn't sound right, so I asked how many I had. He said 7. I wasn't going to argue with him since I had no way to really prove what I had. I just wrote on my charge receipt to stop over charging or something like that. Honestly, I never thought I would go back. I decided to try again and maybe just pay cash per drink or ask after each one how many I had. I sat at a table and a waitress helped me. She was really good and fast. After my first beer, the bartender/manager came to my table with my charge receipt I left the last time. He confronted me about it and was aggressive with asking why I would say that. I just felt I didn't have that many but nothing I could do about it since they don't give a break down of what you have. So he again said I had 7 beers, but he did admit I wasn't the first person to question him on orders. When the waitress came back I asked her how much the beers were and if that was the regular price each day. She told me it was $3.50 and that was the normal price. So, 7 beers x $3.50 equals $24.50. I was a little upset now because even with his math of 7 beers he over charged me (I still think I only had 4). After tabbing out with her and giving her a tip and I asked her if I could speak with him or the owner. A few min later instead of coming around the bar like he did before, he yells as he is walking towards me saying what do I want now. I explained the math to him and he couldn't give me an answer on why is was $7.5 more than 7 beers. He just said it had to be taxes. Really? He then went on to say he is always right and the customer is always wrong. It's called Grumpy's for a reason. We got into it a bit, but again I knew I couldn't prove anything so it just wasn't worth my time. I will take my money and tips else where. This same bartender ( I think his name is Joshua), I watch him throw out multiple people over just a few weeks. I think he is running some kind of scam there. I have reported him to the local police for fraud. If you do go there, I would recommend you don't just assume you will be charged correctly. Pay out after each order, so you don't get screwed. I recommend The Tavern Sports Grill JJ's, Markham Street Grill & Pub or Khalil s Pub & Grill over in this area. Way better customer service at these places.

Even if you don't need a drink, this place makes one of the best grilled chicken clubs I've ever had. It's not a complicated sandwich, but the little touches really sing. Quality chicken, nice leaf lettuce and bacon with just the right amount of give to it go a long way.

I got it to-go and it was plated nicely, cut into nice portions held together with a toothpick, so my toppings didn't overly soggy the bread. The fries were great, too. Not greasy and they were well-seasoned.

The chicken sliders were demolished before they could even be photographed. They are another banger on the menu. I'll definitely be back for more.

It's not a high class place and don't want it to be. It your cozy comfortable neighborhood bar. The cook has been a culinary student for a few years and the food has escalated. If you want comfort, fun, and good look no further

It was pretty busy Friday night, so I wanted to be patient. We got in and waited 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Waited for the drink, asked for a food menu. Waited a while for the menu, and after we got it we didn't see the server again. After 30 or 40 minutes we gave up and went to the bar to pay for the one drink we got and discovered that they lost our tab. I was excited to try their food but it was too much of a hassle.

Nice neighborhood bar... if you like smoking drinking and great service its a fun place. My co workers invited me and it was a great time. I'm not a smoker so it takes a sec to get over it and then ... it's a great time.
