The treatment I get when I call my attorney John Hansen or his paralegal Jessica is flat out rude. The only communication I've gotten is from me calling them, and even then they act is if I'm bothering them. Mind you I've done all the legwork...I took my own pictures of my totalled car, no one even bothered to do that. I was without a rental car for over 3 weeks, I had to outright ask if and when I'd get one from the at fault driver's insurance. The service is horrible...can't wait for this ordeal to be over. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Very bad law firm had a accident in January took them 12 months to settle on my case I did more work by calling my doctor and my insurance to get my case resolved. Called everyday to speak to attorney and parlegal and got voice mail or there out to lunch very bad will never use there service again

This law firm has a great reputation for a reason, the lawyers are amazing. However, when speaking to supporting staff such as the paralegals etc.
it's not a good experience. It'll be unfortunate if supporting staff is the reason that the lawyers at this location are losing thousands of dollars. Supporting staff is incompetent, unreliable and lack listening skills. It's pathetic. It's definitely not a "one call that's all" experience!

Call it their reputation in Milwaukee or fantastic marketing, when I was met with an accident a year ago, I called Gruber Law Offices right away and I am glad I did. Within 30 mins, attorney Kaivon Yazdani came to the location to help in any way. He was very professional from the beginning and started the process right away. I thought my case was easy as I had eye witnesses driving behind me and saw exactly what happened but I was furious to find out a few days later that the lady blamed me for running the stop light. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be easy but this is where attorney Kaivon's experience came in. He managed to get the video from the bus waiting at the stop light and prove my innocence. This would have not been possible without their experience. Mr. Kaivon and the paralegal were very responsive through out the whole process and kept me informed through every step. I am very satisfied with their service and the results and recommend them to everyone.

Worst legal experience in my entire life. The attorney was not very knowlegable even through he talked about tbe number of years of experience. Also, I fought more for my case then he did. I only selected this law office because google stated the office specialized in my type of injury.
The attorney that represented me was only interested in his own bottom line verses making sure that I was taking care of. Also, I was given a lot of false promises and false information. I totally lost my trust in my attorney before the case settled. My experience was so horrible that I settled my case and was totally robbed by the insurance company.
Because, I didnt know who to believe and I lost my trust in my attorney. I would steer clear of this law office unless their is a personal relationship with someone from this organization.

Well, like I said to me Gruber Law is a Hometown Law firm that has been around since I was a kid. When I was young about 12 years of age we use to play a game about Gruber Law I was Mr. Gruber and I would always say 'One Call that's All and it stuck into my adult hood. I went away to college in Pittsburgh and when I came home I would see the Gruber Law commercial and I knew I was HOME.
