After being involved in a car accident in which I was struck by a driver who didn t see me, I realized that I would need to contact an attorney to represent me. My car was badly damaged, I was injured, and knew that there were many current, and future issues that I didn t want to deal with, didn t have the time to deal with, and wasn t qualified to deal with.

After waiting MONTHS for my therapy treatments etc to be over with they've made COUNTLESS mistakes and have been CARELESS about pretty much everything. It's been over a month since I've received a call stating that a check was mailed to them but "never made it to their desks" so another would be issued in about 2 weeks here we are A FULL MONTH LATER and I'm practically begging for a call back. All it's been is a game of phone tag and me waiting on my settlement I can't speak with anyone besides an operator and half the time I'm worried that they barely pass the messages through to our paralegals or attorneys I've updated my address 10 times and no one has confirmed or called to confirm the change and or give me an ACTUAL update instead of another excuse
