We really enjoy working with Callie and Rebecca. When we first came down to Edge on 4th we were blown away! My favorite amenity on the property is the golf simulator, I've never seen anything like it! The apartments are very spacious and have massive walk in closets which you don't get at many downtown properties! Love being walking distance to 4th Street Live. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Edge on 4th.
I am a local Louisvillian that relocated almost a year ago from the Eastside to the Edge downtown . These are beautiful apartments with incredible amenities. My father is a golf nerd and he makes sure he goes out of his way now to make the trip and spend time with us in our simulator! Also adding, our friends make sure we host game nights at our
place because we have became the "cool" "hip" couple ( lol) but in all seriousness,what sealed the deal for my boyfriend and I was the management and staff. They are kind,welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of from the moment we inquired for a walk around. If you are looking for high quality apartments, modern vibes, and convenient living , this is it!
I love this property, they are safe, new, clean and the best staff works here. If you are like me, you are probably wondering why only 6 or 7 reviews on the property, well the answer is because they are new. Many professionals and University students live here. I was super thankful that Rebecca (who is amazing) was able to Skype with me and give me a tour of the building and what my unit would look like. She was very helpful in getting all the paper work completed and ready. You pay for covered parking if you want and its included into your rent. Wifi is one rate only and it is also added to your rent. Water depends on your usage one person probably pays about $20 every other month. Electricity also gets added to your bill. So in summary, you really don't have to worry about going to different sites to pay for bills. Another great thing about the edge is that Rebecca and Callie are great at responding to messages as quickly as they can. In addition, custodial staff is super friendly and helpful. This property is one block away from 4th street live so you are really close to the fun but also don't have to worry about noise because of the way the building has been built. This is an amazing apartment complex located in downtown Louisville! Very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are very spacious and HUGE closets! A quick walk to anywhere downtown because it is conviently located a block away from 4th st live. The have an awesome gym,pool, and lounge area. Plenty of things to do if you just want to stay in. A great perk is having a enclosed parking garage with plenty of space too. Highly recommended if your looking in downtown Louisville.
This place is beautiful! Really great amenities and well kept! Very relaxing and peaceful courtyard. Love that it's dog friendly. Staff is always available to assist and prompt in their responses.
