Their machine for paying credit is malfunctioning. No problem in other shops. But with them 3 X the cards indicate bad nip and then deactivated card whereas it was the good nip. Superb experience;)

Don't go here to get your racquet strings done. I came in once to get two racquets done, they didn't do it on time, so I said ok I'll come back next time. They gave me another date and when I showed up only one of them was done. Not professional.
Very good store, I often buy my winter clothes, sport or not. The staff are courteous and helpful and the 2 meter distancing rules are well respected which makes shopping more enjoyable at this time.
It is also a place where I advanced in my wish list and where I got skis and a bicycle recently. I am as satisfied with the quality of my purchases as with the in-store customer experience.

Sports Experts is the benchmark in quality sporting goods, competition outside the web being weak. Their customer service is so variable at home. There are times when you come across an advisor who is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction, cheerful, courteous, respectful. Other times when the counselor is obviously tired, tired, not interested in helping in the choice of the client. We can even hear him sigh! Then there are those times when you can come across an advisor between these two extremes, which just happened to me. She helped us choose shorts for my caring son, then directed my son to a fitting room. She was helping another family. I asked her to see a t-shirt but she did not answer me, I asked her louder thinking that she had not heard me because she did not turn her head towards me. In a dry tone and without even looking at me, she replied that she was helping other clients.
I was without words because this attitude did not resemble that of the beginning. Wow. It made me cold and I didn't want her help anymore.
It's a little stressful because from one time to the next, you never know who you're going to come across.

I had a problem with heated ski gloves that I bought at the Sports Experts in Anjou. I asked the person in charge of after sales service. Real scammers, I bought Columbia boots for $ 150, supposed to be waterproof and cold resistant. My socks are wet as soon as I put one foot in the snow, and my feet freeze ... Because of that I have to put on sneakers in the middle of winter, pcq the boots budget is already consumed pr this year!
