I had a problem with heated ski gloves that I bought at the Sports Experts in Anjou. I asked the person in charge of after sales service. In the space of a few minutes, I explained to Brian the problem with the gloves, he kindly asked me for my proof of purchase and in a few minutes, he exchanged the gloves for a new pair. Wow! what service
