Smiling, welcoming, helpful and efficient when processing my request regarding the pants of my son who was torn within 2 months of his purchase.

I ran straight after a comic book, no customer service, just drop the boxes on the bAnd and left. I liked 2 pairs but seeing that I could not have an explanation to know if it would model well on my foot I did not take it too Bad, I have been to buy my shoes elsewhere

very bad service after sale I wait for my coat repair for 2 months ....

Staff were very helpful and polite, despite large crowds and being very busy.

I called Sports Expert in Laval and they told me they do price match. When I went to this store, they said they don't do price match because their manager decided to for their "franchise". The way they speak to customers is very unprofessional and I don't recommend them for a good shopping experience.

Not able to have service and more when I ask if my 4 year old guy could go to the bathroom I am told that not for customers .... he is a child !!!

I like this chain of stores. But we have reached an area where several offer us a privilege card. It is high time this store followed suit. Plus special promotion reward points.

Absolutely loved the customer service I received from the cashiers!!!! I forgot my receipt but thankfully the cashier was super nice and actually looked it up in their system for me!!!

Good shop. At full price it's a little expensive but if you expect the specials there is a good value for money. Except lately I had a big disappointment with the guarantee for a Columbia coat .... broken after only 2 months ... But it has nothing to do with the store itself.

Atmosphere expert sports shop. I found exactly what I was looking for. A nice young lady accompanied me in my need, despite the busy season. Available to me from beginning to end. Smiling. It's Maude, her name. Thanks to her today for having served me very well. So basically, I am satisfied with my visit thanks to Maude and the products of the Sport Expert Atmosphere shop!

Shop was not busy but when I asked for help on 2 different occasions I just got pointed to the general direction. I could not find what I wanted instead I took something similar on the sale rack. It was not actually on sale so I left empty handed.

I am always satisfied with the advice of the sellers. Very good selection.

Jonathan V was a super helpful, knowledge of products, courteous friendly and gave great suggestions.

I really like to do sports, Sports Experts is a good store for sporting goods.

I hate your website because the displayed articles may not be up-to-date in the listed sports expert stores.
The site told me the article # 1748001 (Blizzard Fighter coat) is available in the store Galerie d'Anjou, made on site they let me know that the information on the site is not reliable.
I called another expert mont-royal sports shop whose website says the item is available there but nothing.
In addition to an expert sports store customer service can not help you pay the order and then another time recover it.
I suggest you make your website reliable by putting the right information.

The staff who works in this shop unwelcoming. The worst Sport Expert magazine I visited.
