This service is so easy to use. All the forms for submission are simple. As long as you send the correct document with the form filled out, never any issues. Checks are sent out every week. Excellent service!

So this company has made my life as well as my 2 teenage daughter's life hell. At every turn they deny my claim. I have only been denied a urgent claim 3 times and a orthodontist for my kids. 3 times I sent receipts for urgent care denied after months none the less and sent a contract for my children's orthodontist every year for 3 years running now the app somehow has gone down hill and won't upload PDF or screenshots. They lock me out of thousands during a pandemic that I pay in to. I just had someone hang up on me after just asking if they could look at the dam contract I've sent twice. Any time I've called I end up more frustrated than I was. I will definitely not be using this company any more just for the sake of my family an FSA is supposed to provide a sense of security when funds are low and I find my self all to often stressing on weather they are going to block my card cause I went to urgent care to many times. I still don't understand why any medical expenses needs to be explained to a financial institution.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I understand the need for receipts, but the fact that the information you send from one claim to the other is different and there is no rational explanation. This company forgets that we are paying customers and that it is my money that we are talking about. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Take the tax hit rather than give this company one cent.

Aweful company. Claims will be denied even if description of services provided and provider is in plain sight. If you want to actually get a reimbursement be prepared to tell them what your doctor had for breakfast that day or it will be denied

Group dynamics are always nice to deal with they are very polite on the phone and have lots of patience the only thing I could say is sometimes it's a little bit of a pain half from the send all the receipts through but they're always polite to me nice people running that business

You are doing a disservice to your employees if you use this company. Late payouts, and bad customer service. They encourage customers to pay upfront and reimburse you later, which defeats the whole purpose of an FSA. I should be able to use the $1000 or so in my FSA for a medical procedure, rather than dishing it out and being reimbursed. I have risked late fees trying to get them to pay out. I have also dealt with managers that have told me verbatim that they were not going to help me, or have further follow up on frustrating, stressful payment issues.

On a nice note, their reimbursement claim process is easy to use. I mostly receive payment within 1-2 weeks. When the payout does work, it works well. I also like supporting local, small businesses although I hope my company doesn't support this company any more.

Denied claims, bogus card deactivations, and finally, an unhelpful sales representative who told me I was basically just out of luck with my $320 remaining balance, because my company didn t go through a calendar year, but chose an arbitrary month to end our program. Would not recommend, would not use again.

Every year when I file a claim it gets denied. I have to call them back and find out they need something different than the year before. This year they a going to online submission but they limit the size of the file that can be transferred, so I faxed the same type of paperwork as last year. Now I must Itemize each form on a claims form that only has 4 entry lines and I have 31 entries. I may just not use them and pay the extra income tax. Not worth the trouble.

Horrible. I would NOT recommend. The communications from this business are worse than any government agency I've ever had to deal with. The hide messages in-app that are vague asking for addition documentation, and when they for some strange reason reject that documentation, block access to MY MONEY

This place is so frustrating! I can never get anything covered, and they don't supply you a list of what they will cover. You have to just find out on your own and do the walk of shame out of the pharmacy when your card gets denied. I just pay cash now for all my meds.

These guys are such crooks. If you're an employer, you're doing a HUGE disservice to your employees using this service. They hide messages denying claims, don't send reimbursements they say they do, and always have a reason for blocking me from getting MY money back. Looking at all options to getit back now, since I have no faith these guys will ever do the right thing. Sickening.
