I really wish there was the option of selecting 0 stars! My doctor s office had faxed an order to this facility for me and I have never in my life dealt with a more difficult staff member in my life! She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and most un-helpful for anyone in customer service! I would NEVER use this company for any healthcare needs and plan to tell any and everyone I know to do the same!! There s absolutely no excuse for treating potential customers in such a manner!!

Ryan was very detailed when going over the home assessment. He really knew what he was doing. We were looking at doing a bath remodel for my mother and Ryan took the time to really understand what her needs where. I would highly recommend Ryan and Simply Independent. They gave my mother joy in living at home.
I can say from experience that you do NOT want to deal with this company.. The billing department is disconnected from the service department. The customer service manager is lazy and doesn't want to do her job. They whine when they are asked to do direct billing. There is just no reason what so ever to want to do business with a company who does not care about the customers.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I recently took my aging mom into my home to care for her and her Dementia. Unfortunately, she is a bit frail and could not lift her legs over the tub to get in and bathe. Thankfully her insurance came thru and qualified her for a bathroom remodel (Shower only). 3 contractors came by at different times. ProTech ,who actually called ahead and the others just showed up, was the 2nd to arrive and as soon as I met the Director Ryan, I knew that this was the company I wanted. Ryan is an extremely friendly and caring person, as well as his entire staff, who took the time to explain, IN DETAIL, exactly how the install would be. Besides that, he brought samples of the materials that would be going into my home. None of the other contractors did that. The other contractors came, they measured and they left. On the day of install, Ryan came with 2 other people from his company, they are going to kill me because I forgot their names...lol, and had the job done within 5 hrs total. This company installs like as if it was their own home and you feel like family when they leave. Look for yourself at the pictures and how clean the install is!!! Once again, I highly recommend this company... Please give them a call and hire them for all your modification needs. I promise they will make you extremely happy before they go.....

The staff at Protech medical are a great bunch of people a special shout out to the tech guys that came out and did the work and was knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all my questions I will most definitely use them again
My husband could not get out of our house for his doctors appointments, so we always had to call the local transit company to carry him out in a stretcher. This was costing us a ton of money each time. I called Protech to see what it would be for a stair lift thinking I can just get him down the stairs in the garage and into the car. Well a guy came out and assessed my situation and the next day they installed a stair lift. This has saved us time and money. Thanks Protech !
This company went far beyond what was expected to help us with our mother's medical equipment. Insurance was a nightmare but they were able to get it all straightened out for us. They actually care about their customers.
Do not do business here! Only want your money and don't care about you. I quit using them because of that and approximately a year later I received supplies I didn't order and when called was told that they had already filled on insurance and there was nothing they could do.
