Camp Siloam Review

I loved camp siloam last year and I am on my way now and I am so excited

Camp Siloam might be one of the best things that ever happened to me. I have gone the past two years and not only did I love hanging out with the kids there but, the counselors are very friendly and you put so much effort into the kids it just amazes me how great the camp is. Me and my church really appreciate what your doing.

I have been a camper here for six years, and this year I came back to be a staff member. I love Camp Siloam more than anywhere, there is no place I would rather spend my summer.
Here at camp, you really feel so much closer to God than in your daily life, and that really helps when it comes to learning more about Him. Camp Siloam is truly an amazing place to feel God's, to learn about God, to grow closer to God, to see God work in the lives of hundreds and thousands of children and youth, and to experience God working in your own life.
On top of all of that, Camp Siloam is great fun anyways.
- Kids get lots of open rec in the afternoons where they can play games like gaga ball, basketball, table tennis, 9-square, and foosball.
- The Hub is a great, air-conditioned place to hang out, spend some quality time with friends or with complete strangers, grab a snack, jam out to great music, play board games, or buy a souvenir at the camp store.
- Hype is super fun, and basically is what it sounds like: it's hype! There's lots of hyped up music and dancing around at first, there's a video montage of yesterday, bible verse raps (which are pretty great), a minute-to-win-it game, and the MC's explain the rules for the Color Wars game for the day.
-There are morning and evening Worship times every day with amazing speakers and an even better worship band. It seems like there is constant rejoicing here at camp because there's almost always somebody learning the truth and being saved and ringing the bell to tell the world "I have accepted Christ in my life".

These are some of the highlights, but there are so many little things and so much that happens behind the scenes that makes this camp what it is. I don't really see how anybody could come to this camp and not want to come back next year.

I love this place you can feel God there this is always the highlight of my Summer and I am so glad that I get to go soon!!

Made me feel at home with God. Great place to learn about the Lord, and awesome place for a camp in mid-June, to July. The small creek is amazing, and attracts a lot of campers!

It such an amazing place to go and worship the lord. I just got back and I gladly gave my life to christ on Wednesday. It such an amazing experience, I cant wait till next year.

My first experience at Camp Siloam was this spring at the Beautiful event with Moriah Peters, It changed my life. So happy to say, I'll see you tommorrow!

I have gone to different church camps here and they have always been amazing! The new cafeteria is amazing!! The dorms are comfort and clean. The bathrooms are ok. Overall stupendous!!

Our ladies Bible study meets there every Wednesday. The grounds and buildings are blessed by the Lord. God moves mightily in people's lives on this property. If you're looking for a great Bible study look no further, Laura Mcfarlan is anointed and can really put God's words out there to touch our hearts. If you're looking for a great place to invest some extra money to bless people, Camp Siloam is the place. Many lives have been saved there as people turn their lives over to God.

Love this place it's so beautiful. We have our Ladies Bible Study here every Wednesday.

Great place with devoted people. Can't wait until my kids are old enough to go.

A great place to enjoy some outdoors, and get quiet with the Lord. A lot to do. Small creek runs through the entire place. New multi million dollar cafeteria opens 2018.

AMAZING. You can learn about God while your learning and playing. That will definitely get more followers

Wonderful Christian camp for youth. The new cafeteria is immaculate and serves around 900 people in 35 minutes. The bunk houses are adequate, but the restrooms need work. The staff (though volunteers) are excellent. Will be returning next year.

Watch out for this place. You don't want to go if you're afraid of a seriously awesome time. Between positive messages about God, an ever-present feeling of fellowship among friends, extremely active & outdoorsy games, tasty (albeit, somewhat unhealthy) food, absolutely beautiful campus, and a renewed appreciation for the One you call the Creator, it doesn't get much better than this. If you're a pastor deciding whether to take your kids, drop the cash now; your kids will thank you later. This place is literally my favorite destination in the world (even though I've been to a lot of places), and I dread the day I'm too old to return.
