You are doing a disservice to your employees if you use this company. Late payouts, and bad customer service. They encourage customers to pay upfront and reimburse you later, which defeats the whole purpose of an FSA. I should be able to use the $1000 or so in my FSA for a medical procedure, rather than dishing it out and being reimbursed. I have risked late fees trying to get them to pay out. I have also dealt with managers that have told me verbatim that they were not going to help me, or have further follow up on frustrating, stressful payment issues.
On a nice note, their reimbursement claim process is easy to use. I mostly receive payment within 1-2 weeks. When the payout does work, it works well. I also like supporting local, small businesses although I hope my company doesn't support this company any more.
