Hopeless firm service o out of 10 and the worst it will never improve

Expensive Garage , you can find just as good and cheaper elsewhere

Faulty diagnostics worth 106 euros, door panels incomplete (less complete than at least before) and incorrectly assembled. Only 1 of the 3 recalls were carried out. Heavy damper after 4 hours of waiting. Avoid this garage for more specific repairs. The sellers and receptionists are friendly.

Appointment to buy a new VW bus. I've been on the road for almost three hours, which the seller knew. The appointment was not kept, I was put off for more than an hour, the seller did not show up. I buy the Bulli now at another dealer. I can only warn everyone in front of this VW group here.

The front of my Audi was damaged in a collision when it was parked next to my house. This damage was repaired with high quality and quickly at Auto Natie in Antwerp. The sensors work fine. The car was also washed. Thanks for an excellent service Tolga!

Since I bought my car here, and that was already a huge hassle, nothing but problems.
Contacted several times a week by phone and e-mail regarding refunds on proforma invoices, to eventually have to contact me again each time, and call back after the weekends to be able to reach someone specifically, to be informed that they are on vacation. ..

In the bodywork department I received excellent help from Jawad. After the repair, the car was completely cleaned, an extra, something I really appreciated.

Today contacted the people of Auto Nation Antwerp for a viewing of a VW California beach. I got on the line an unfriendly person "Anthony" who put me off saying that he didn't have one inside. When I contacted the other Auto Natie branches myself, they always referred me to the branch in Antwerp.
Again there Anthony on the line who put me off again. When I still kindly asked him where I should go to view a car, he simply replied '' I just told you that I cannot help you ''. While he could, for example, put me through to headquarters in Kortenberg or at least give me an email address. Not so.
Apparently they don't need new customers there.

I am very pleased with the services that I was able to experience at the bodywork service of Autonatie when I had to return my car for repair work. Highly recommended. People are friendly and the work itself is also great !!

Audi brought in for repair leaking wiper fluid reservoir under warranty. In the garage they replace the wrong bowel (there is also one to the xenon lamps). So have to drive back, but ok. When my mum comes back home with the car, they forgot the decorative caps of the wheel bolts. Ridden back and asked for a small compensation. As an answer from the responsible manager, I was not obliged to return to them for my repair. This is also the case for the future and I certainly do not recommend this garage. Very sorry

I have mixed feelings about this case. You have a lot of choice because they sell all VW group brands. Here I was treated by the employees, but I was also totally ignored and that was not pleasant.
They only have a limited number of cars that you can test. For more models they refer you to the importer in Brussels.

Auto seat ibiza make 1st time 889 euros but not yet 2 the bill 1530 euros. No guarantee that he drove back. Now it is OK but all the covers of the engine were loose and there were a number of bolts wrong. So in terms of price / finish a big zero! 1ne pot wet.

Poor repair of the spoiler, after five months there were white dots everywhere, they said crushed stones! the politeness in the bodywork department is far to be found !!!

Large garage - point of sale of the VW group. All brands present. Easy and very good arrangements for your car. You can just enter next to the reception and where you will be helped quickly.

Very friendly reception. Enthusiastic staff are happy to show you the way and you don't have the feeling that you are getting in the way. Large garage with lots of space, quick help and correct handling. Glad the car is there for repair!

Bad service!
Wagon received after repair with dirty (grease) stains on the seat. Tool set simply loose in the case because the fastening strap was loosened and not placed back. Also left the rear seats folded up ...
Oh yes, the car was brought in on 17/06/2019 for the replacement of the battery and I got to get the car back on 27/06/2019. That's after 10 days .... to replace a battery ?!

Despite the difficult circumstances with COVID19, efforts were clearly made to deliver my van on time. They understand the diverse needs of individuals and professional users very well and respond as a team. I recommend this garage as a place where you can purchase your Volkswagen competitively and afterwards can go easily for maintenance and service.

Satisfied with the service, I cannot say anything about the price compared to other garages.

Recently went to this garage for a small part (replacement) of my Audi. First received a price before they started the repair, afterwards I suddenly see x3 on the invoice. I got an excuse from them then, but when I asked if they could do something about it: unfortunately not. They will never see me there again, service 0.0. Plenty of other honest Audi dealers in the area if you do some research.

The bodywork especially Jawad and Alex have spoken to me correctly and very friendly and really helped me very, very well despite my depressive situation due to my divorce and stress of work. Super service and they have extra antigel refilled .. No long waiting times.

Friendly staff. But not yet convinced to buy a car.

Yesterday with my car received another TOP by Jawad. Kindness itself and helpful as always. Never pleasantly going to the body shop with the car, but he tries to make it as "pleasant" as possible. So with this one, thanks Jawad and see you on Tuesday, see that I get a good replacement car, hey :-) Too bad there are only 5 stars, I gave you nine .... Take care mate and see you ....
