A few weeks ago I ordered rubber mats for my new beetle convertible. Normally you can do this via the warehouse, but the person on site wanted to do this by phone anyway, which was great as I had to drive 35 km there and back again. After a while these were in and the front ones were wrong. I was also called a liar as they would not have called while I can prove on my mobile that the call was on 30/09. Had to. I also pay the entire invoice before they would be ordered. Now the 2nd time they were back in, my wife went to collect them. Fortunately we AND again wrong matten. Now they could have asked the shnr what was not asked. They don't take the mats back and I have to pay for the new ones again. Who has done the wrong here. Rotting service and walking well I think. I hope that many people read this because the umbrella has been opened well there. Sadtttt.
