The building is a bit of a simple concrete box.

The performance was uncultural, I think it's really primitive.

Scapino dances Cathedral. Stunningly beautiful. They really get 5 stars from me.

Easy location to explore Rotterdam from there. Friendly service. Very big, but yes, besides a theater, what do you want.

It took a while to find this theater. Once we arrived, we were able to enter and were treated kindly. The Woof Side Story was a nice show with a good cast.

In between you have the opportunity to get something to eat and drink during the break. Well organised!

Superb show of TheaterRotterdam: Hamlet ..... everything was right. Beautiful decors, a lot of humor, good play. I will go again in April !!!

The seating is terrible. If you even have a moderately tall person sitting in front of you, you can't see the center of the stage.

Normally I wouldn't let 1 factor have such a big impact on the rating. But since being able to see the performance on the stage is kind of a big deal for a theatre...

Mooie schouwburg, meerdere keren concerten/toneel hier mogen meemaken. Toch mist het enige persoonlijkheid, vooral in de foyer.

Fine theater. Nice shows. Always the place to be for the film festival.

Fine and spacious theater. There is an opportunity for a drink and there is even live jazz music. You can also go to performances in the small hall for a prick.

Was with a graduation ceremony, it was said that alcohol would be donated but that was not there. The snacks were okay.

The photo documentary by Spaniard Hans van Rhoon Waken about Spangen was on display in the hall. Very beautiful and moving photo series.

I have been in this theatre a few times for music concerts or dance performances. In general the theater is beautiful and well organised. I would have expected something more from the schouwburg in Rotterdam, especially if I compare it with many others I have been visiting in the last 4 years (as part of the audience or as a performer). It looks, also the Grote Zaal, a little bit "basic"

I took it in November and it was a great experience. The dressing rooms were also very beautiful and of course that fantastic room!

Beautiful structure, central location and easily accessible

The schouwburg theater often has interesting and fun movies and shows. I was there recently for IFFR and the studio Erasmus IFFR edition. They have an okay selection of drinks, I don't think they have much food but I didn't look specifically for it.

Nice and attractive little room. Puppet theater in the lobby was great too.
