I searched long and hard for an F150. I called into Griffin Ford a salesman named Matt Thornburg answered the phone, I had a lot of questions about the F150 I was looking at, Matt was able to answer all my questions immediately, without having to call me back like other dealerships. Matt had the truck clean and ready when I came in for the test drive. He didn t have to go get it or find it in back it was pulled up right in front ready to go! Matt was great, he wasn t your typical salesman you could clearly tell he cared about the customer experience and wasn t just out for a sale, he didn t push us at all. Matt was amazing and I couldn t be happier with my new F150! If you plan on looking at used truck just call in and ask for Matt Thornburg, he s the salesman s you want cause he s here for the customer and not just a sale!!!!

This June I purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor, one of Fords most expensive vehicles. When I arrived to pick up the truck I noticed residue from window stickers all over the windows along with a dusty dash board and muddy footprints on the floor boards with floor mats over the top to try and hide it. When I walked back in to inquire why the truck was in this condition I was told they didn t have time to detail it because the owners car was being detailed and the detailing crew was leaving for the day.
4 months later and 3k miles a horrendous grinding intermittently started in the front wheels. I brought it back to Griffin to find a bad check valve in the 4WD system. After looking into the problem the wheel actuators were what was grinding and it happened over 20 times. I asked the service manager Jeff to please replace both IWEs which were $30 a piece. His response was it s under warranty just wait until they completely fail. Not the answer that should be given on an 80k truck with 3k miles.
It s obvious Griffin Ford is all about quantity and not quality.

We had a great experience with Griffin Ford. Our Sales Rep Matt Thornburg was so easy to work with. He was very helpful and willing to explore options. We never felt pressured at all. His approach with us was to find us whatever we asked for; which we greatly appreciated. He knew the inventory really well and came up with some great options for us to choose from. The sales process was very easy and the entire team was very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend Griffin Ford to our friends and family.

Could not have asked for a better car buying experience than the one we had with Bill in Sales and Milissa in Finance! They made our 1.5 hour trip to purchase a Ford Flex more than worth it!
We absolutely love our Ford Flex Limited! It's an amazing vehicle with a smooth ride, great features and that ecoboost makes it oh so FUN to drive!

We had a good used car buying experience at Griffin. Our salesman, Wayne, was friendly and had a sense of humor. He kept in touch, giving us updates about the vehicle we were considering. Negotiating with Wayne and the manager, Loren, was fast and straight forward, and we felt we were offered a fair price for our trade in.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Griffin Ford a...

I recently purchased a vehicle from Griffin Ford and everything went well until a month after my purchase.

When driving home on a hot day the Air conditioner just stopped working. I called Griffin right away and was hoping the AC was covered under their warranty plan but it was not. I brought it in early in the morning so they could check it out. They never called...I had to call them late in my work day to see what was wrong with my car. They said there was a leak in the AC unit and they would have to keep the car overnight to fix it. Huge inconvenience for me and my family along with a $400 bill.

Not a couple of weeks after this fix the AC stops working again! I call again and again bring the car in. They find another leak that they somehow missed the first time in the AC. This time the bill is $500! I pay it and hope to never see them again.

Not a couple of weeks after this fix the AC breaks again!! I call again and explain this situation to the manager of the service center who couldn't even call me back. He had someone else call me. They of course suggest that I again bring the car in so they could take a look at it to see what is wrong. I told them there is no chance I will bring my car in unless they give me a full refund on the "repairs" they made on the car or they pay for MOST of the fix. They shrugged it off and again told me to bring in my car again so they could look at it. The last thing I want to do is bring my car into Griffin for a 3rd time, pay another $500 for them to "fix" my AC and then have it not work again in a few weeks.

They also told me that the AC is one of these problems that are hard to fix and diagnose. Well their "highly trained service staff" is 0 for 2 and they won't refund my money.

So now after buying my car 3 months ago, two trips to the Griffin service center, and $900 later I still have a broken AC.

I never write reviews but I had to write this one to hopefully stop someone else from using Griffin for anything. I've never been more frustrated and angered and mis-treated by a company.

I was treated very nice by everyone. My purchase experience was relaxed and all went well. My wife and I both recommend this dealer. They were so helpful to both of us. They even ordered a new owners manual for my wife.

Kirby was straightforward, helpful and honest about helping me select the right vehicle for me and pricing. This is the second vehicle we bought from him. They brought in a vehicle from another dealer when I wanted options not on their lot. I had a Ford employee pricing certificate so there wasn't any negotiating on price. They only negative is that they did not wear masks.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation before a long road trip up North... After picking up the truck, I heard a very faint rumble from the rear of the truck, and thought it was just because the tires were just rotated. On the way home from up North, there was a very loud rumble coming from the back of the truck - over that weekend it got louder and more constant, and began to shake and drive horribly, so I took it to a friend to look at it. It turns out that all 5 lug nuts were not tightened on one of the wheels, and I had snapped a wheel stud, and the wheel was ready to come off. Thankfully that tire did not come off while on the freeway! I had the truck towed to Griffin, they were extremely apologetic, and fixed the problem at no cost to me. New rim, hub, wheel bearing and other miscellaneous rear end parts, plus paid for a rental car for several days. Steve the Service Writer kept in touch on the progress. They really stepped up and remedied a very unpleasant and dangerous situation - way to go Griffin! It remains to be seen if I will go back for routine service, but this goes a long way towards me doing so.

We purchased a used vehicle from this location more than 6 months ago. The agreement was for the dealership to replace the headliner. This was unable to be done on purchase date because they had to order it. When it came in, we got a rental car and they took over a week to replace it. When I picked it up (and waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes plus, even though they knew I was on my way), the headliner was loose on the sides and at the top console part, plus there were dirty finger prints around all of the edging. I made them aware of this, waited in the waiting area yet again, and they said they could give me another rental car and they could "see what they could do." At this point, I had my newborn son and was not able to easily switch to a rental car for the second time. They said they ordered a part in the mean time. I went to take the car in and the part was no where to be found, nor did anyone know a thing about it. Frustrated, I returned at a later date to make the rental car exchange once again. Another week goes by and I pick up my car. The headliner is STILL loose by the console and the sides. The assistant manager floods me with excuses and states he will give us a "works" package and order the correct part. Yet AGAIN, we need to return to get this handled. Mind you, each visit to this location I contacted Jeff, the assistant manager to ensure everything was ordered, scheduled and ready to go so there would be no unexpected delays. He ensured me every time that the situation was handled. My husband went back to get the oil changed and the headliner piece fixed, which we were told over and over it would take "five minutes to replace that part." Quote unquote, literally. He was there for three hours. Late to work. When he asked at the hour and a half mark, Jeff the asst. mgr stated, "I didn't know we were fixing all of the loose headliner parts today." He also offered us a rental car for the third time. Unreal. I called Jeff twice this week to reiterate what would need to be accomplished at the visit. He clearly understood. These trips are not something we enjoy - spending our time away from family, driving an hour round trip. The worst part is thinking the situation is handled, then it continuing to happen and nobody is taking accountability. The worst customer service we have ever experienced, or lack there of, and here we sit. Waiting. I do not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle, new or used from this dealership. John Griffin, the General Manager would not even contact me back...

I picked up my Toyota RAV4 at Griffin Ford. Great SUV! However, my dealership experience was extremely disappointing. I live two hours away from the dealership. To hold the car, they needed $500 on my credit card. Before I gave them my credit card, I asked if they had the metal key tag to order replacement keys. Yes, no problem we have it they said. Then I said can I register this car to my trust? Yes, no problem. I gave them my credit card to hold the car. Two days later I drive two hours to pick up the car. First, I said where is the metal key tag for replacement keys - Oh, we don't have it. I want to title this SUV to my trust as confirmed previously. They said "We can't do that without the full trust", which is at my home. No mention before I left home that it was needed. Then, they gave me a bill for $500.00 over the agreed price. I said its $500 to high. They said that they decided to not charge my credit card and I needed to come up with an additional $500.00 RIGHT NOW. Really? I am 61 and this is the WORST dealer I have ever dealt with. Take your business elsewhere!

Best Dealership around! This is the fifth vehicle purchased from Griffin Ford! Tony Miller was awesome in helping me decide on the right vehicle. I was worried the Ford EcoSport might be too small as I was so used to my Escape. After a test drive I was sold! I got top dollar for my trade and Melissa Johnson in finance got me a better rate than my own credit union! John from new car sales showed me the ins and outs as he seems to be an EcoSport guru. It was a truly awesome experience! I arrived at 4:30pm and drove off with my new 2018 EcoSport by 7:30pm! I can t thank you all enough for such a smooth and easy transaction!

I bought 2013 Ford Escape in May 2016. I am not visiting this dealer anymore from next day after taking my car. My car had a major paint fix(done by some local paint fixer, the finishing is very worst) on front passenger side door, but it doesn t reflected in the carfax. I look at the car first time just after a rain(evening), it won t be much visible when it has some water, it had a clear view in sunlight the next day. I took the car the next day requesting to do a clean fix, they refused to take my concern and directed me to the same local shop in a way to spend money from my packet. 1. As a authorized dealer, they are not tracking such fixes in carfax report 2. As a authorized dealer, they should fix any such issues within their service(ford itself). 3. Once the car is sold, they are not accepting customer concerns. So, please verify everything before registering your car.

My expericance with Griffin Ford has been horrible...

My expericance with Griffin Ford has been horrible. My first time at the dealership I asked for help with my broken key fob. One of the parts employees said he would cut me a new key but neglected to when I got my bill it was close to $175. After paying he told me the key would still not work until it was programed for another $80. This confused me even more because he proceed to tell me he couldn't even program it that day. He would have to make me an appointment that was two weeks out. Because I had two recalls, needed an oil change, and now needed a new key programmed, I took the appointment. My second experience with the dealership was worst then the first because after dropping my car off for the appointment, an hour later I got a call stating that the hood of my car would not open. They said they tried to open it but it didn't work. Because they could not get it to open I was told I wouldn't be able to get an oil change, in addition to fixing one of the recalls which was under the hood. After having my car for almost 8 hours I got a call I could come pick it up. After speaking with several employees and then the service manager we go out to my car where I see why had broken the lever that allowed the hood to pop open. I was disappointed because not only did I take a whole day off of work for only did 50% of the work to be done. I was lied to by serval of the staff about that happened with my latch. In addition to being picked around by the dealership all day I also still did not have a safe driving vehicle. Instead of that I had to take my car to another auto shop where they would try and fix my car at a reasonable rate. Instead of having my car fixed in a day I am now looking at a full week without my car.

My entire experience at Griffin Ford was exceptional. I felt welcomed and was never pressured during the initial visit, test drive, or eventual purchase. Pete was accommodating and friendly, responsive and receptive to my inquiries, and altogether pleasant to work with. Phil in finance completed the experience and I do not regret deciding to go out of my comfort zone and consider Ford.

I travel for a living and have bought vehicles all...

I travel for a living and have bought vehicles all over the country. It amazes me how many companies don't understand the seemingly simple concept that the easier you make it for people to buy from you, the more likely they are to do so. Fortunately, Griffin Ford is not of one of those companies. They get it. They make the experience smooth and seamless. My sincere thanks to Jordyn Magpoc, the Internet Manager, for her prompt response to my inquiry, Steve Pipito, my sales consultant, for handling a transaction from six states away with ease, and whatever Bill Griffin is paying Isabel Rojas, the F & I, he needs to double it. She was able to put a deal together when even I myself had some doubts. Nobody was pushy, there was no pressure, there were no underhanded tactics, just all-around professionalism and competence, both of which are sadly turning into a rarity.

Great job, everyone, keep doing what you're doing, and I'm sure you'll see more success going forward. Love the truck so far, and the truck, in turn, loves being back in Florida!

Nick was great! Stayed in touch, responded promptly, and kept engaged throughout the entire process! What can I say about Sam, she is amazing and did everything she could to make this as smooth a process financially as possible; they both went above and beyond. I was so impressed, a week later my wife and I traded in her current SUV for an F-150, that she absolutely loves too!

So far so good! Had our Pre Owned vehicle for about 12 hours now and all seems as promised. They made it easy, Brian negotiated with us in a fair and respectful way and was prompt, pleasant and professional to work with. Samm who closed our deal and reviewed service plans was equally as pleasant to work with. It was fast easy, transparent and we left feeling good about the transaction with a vehicle that met our criteria and needs plus some!

Griffin Ford takes great care of my car. Recently the low tire pressure light came on and I was in the area so I stopped by Griffin Ford and the service manager took a look right away at the tires and he found a 6 inch nail in one of them, thus the reason for the low tire pressure light. They fixed it right away, apologized for taking 30 minutes (when I didn't have an appointment) and I was on my way . I'm glad I stopped in or this could have been an issue with worse outcomes as I was taking a long distance (driving) business trip the following day.

I found the 2007 Chevy Cobalt on carguru and messaged the dealership. Wayne Pipke contacted me quite quickly, he was super to deal with and would buy from him again. It was a very easy and low key process working with him, no pressure whatsoever. I drove an hour to look at this car and wasn't disappointed. It was as advertised, super clean. Wayne made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my wife and daughter to come so we could get our purchase home. I wasn't sure I was buying a car that day and definitely didn't think I'd be taking it home that day. Thanks Wayne for a great buying experience and not getting me there only to have you showing me other cars I wasn't interested in. If I know anyone in the market for a car, I will without a doubt send them your way.

We needed a car quickly. A quick search online led us to Griffin, where Matt helped me find 2 cars that matched my criteria: inexpensive, well-maintained, and trustworthy. Further work with Matt and Griffin's financing staff helped seal the deal, and we got a great Ford with little hassle and confidence in our purchase. I have bought through 3 other dealers in the past decade, but will return to Griffin first when it is time to find another vehicle.
