My expericance with Griffin Ford has been horrible...

My expericance with Griffin Ford has been horrible. My first time at the dealership I asked for help with my broken key fob. One of the parts employees said he would cut me a new key but neglected to when I got my bill it was close to $175. After paying he told me the key would still not work until it was programed for another $80. This confused me even more because he proceed to tell me he couldn't even program it that day. He would have to make me an appointment that was two weeks out. Because I had two recalls, needed an oil change, and now needed a new key programmed, I took the appointment. My second experience with the dealership was worst then the first because after dropping my car off for the appointment, an hour later I got a call stating that the hood of my car would not open. They said they tried to open it but it didn't work. Because they could not get it to open I was told I wouldn't be able to get an oil change, in addition to fixing one of the recalls which was under the hood. After having my car for almost 8 hours I got a call I could come pick it up. After speaking with several employees and then the service manager we go out to my car where I see why had broken the lever that allowed the hood to pop open. I was disappointed because not only did I take a whole day off of work for only did 50% of the work to be done. I was lied to by serval of the staff about that happened with my latch. In addition to being picked around by the dealership all day I also still did not have a safe driving vehicle. Instead of that I had to take my car to another auto shop where they would try and fix my car at a reasonable rate. Instead of having my car fixed in a day I am now looking at a full week without my car.
