A few days ago I had made the deal final on my 2015 F350 Platinum. I absolutely recommend Griffin Ford to ANYONE looking for ANY vehicle the staff there was phenomenal, specifically my salesman Tony Miller and one of the finance managers Phil DeSalvo. From the very start all the way to the end and signing the paperwork, I was extremely well taken care of and not rushed one bit!!! I don't normally leave a review but it's a must when you're taken care of as I was. Thank you Griffin Ford, Phil and Tony, for taking care of me. I definitely will be back!!!!

I have been going to Griffin Ford for the last three years, when I started my first vehicle lease. I would recommend this dealership to others, as the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. Pete has been helping me from the day I walked in the door through my most recent visit to purchase my lease. This time around, I also received great customer service from Kay in the Accounting Department, who was helpful and did a nice job of explaining things to me. I will continue to come to Griffin for service on my vehicle, and the employees in the service department are friendly and helpful as well.

I can say getting my car in right way for a batter...

I can say getting my car in right way for a battery replacement was the only thing that went well. The mass air flow sensor was unplugged and was never put back on so my car didn t function correctly. When I called after I left and told them the concerns of my car not working properly I was basically told it s not our problem things happen when you change a battery. Turns out had the sensor been put back correctly I wouldn t have had an issue that I took into a reputable mechanic to check out. Oh but the guy said if I wanted to come back in a week it would be $170 to diagnose. I received diagnosis and an oil change for less than the $170 they were going to charge me. Very disappointed and I won t be going back to griffin ford Waukesha for anything nor recommend them to anyone. I have an oil change left on my warranty and I honestly don t even trust them to take my car in for a simple oil change.

This was a short notice request to check the electrical system after a relatively new battery expired. Griffin team scheduled for drop off, and promptly tested the car the next day, and found everything to be satisfactory. The issue had been the battery, which was not replaced by them. Great outcome, quick service, and no issue working with the car. Much appreciated.

Griffon Ford was an excellent place to buy a car. Matt Thornburg was a pleasure to work with and created a very relaxed environment for us to buy a car in. I appreciated their care and attention to detail. We bought a used car and by the time it was done being detailed it looked like it was brand new. We continue to love our new car and I will absolutely be doing more business through Griffin!

Tony Faraos helped me every step of the way to finding the vehicle that best fit by needs, wants and budget. He is super knowledgeable on all makes & models. He asks questions, listens, informs you then delivers a great variety of vehicles that fit what your looking for. He was patient and helpful when I was picking vehicles to test drive also dearing buying time I never felt rushed. Tony & Anton were wonderful for working with my budget they gave me a great price. Melissa in financing was simple amazing. She's a very busy ladie so we waited a while but she's worth the wait she worked fast & efficient! She found me a Leander that would give me the exact monthly payment I wanted.

After my wife's car broke down, we stopped by Griffin Ford having a general idea about what we needed. Bob Groover not only found the exact vehicles that I was looking at online, but also found similar ones that we had no idea about and had us look into those as well. His outstanding knowledge of their inventory put us in a great car that my wife (and I) absolutely love. I asked for a bunch of business cards to give my friends when they are in the market of needing a new vehicle. Griffin Ford was a great place to shop and will gladly go there again.

Their maintenance department is also incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and honest- the three pillars I look for in customer service for a vehicle. A big shout out to their team (especially Matt) for helping my wife and I make informed decisions about what to do. I have taken every vehicle I have owned in to them for regular maintenance and always leave 100% satisfied.

I honestly cannot stress enough how much I reccomend this place and their team in literally every department.

Emailed them that I wanted to come check out a suv. And asked them to hold it for me. They scheduled a appointment for me to check out. Drove near 60 miles to check out the suv and when I arrived they said someone just purchased the vehicle before I even got to look at it. No call or email about the suv being sold or anything just a big sorry and told me when theres another one they ll give me a call. Very unfortunate and a bad experience.

Didnt purchase my truck from this griffin dealership so cant say anything about the salesmen here. But there service department is horrible. 3 days after buying my truck a power steering hose busted, not anyone's fault things like that happen. I dropped my truck off here because it was the closest griffin to my house and a ford service shop. My trucks a ford but bought it from griffin chevy dealership. They fixed it as they said they would but once I got home with my truck I noticed rubber all over the back mudd flaps and bumper. Mind you I just washed it before dropping it off. I called and asked about it and was forwarded to a mangers voicemail only to never receive a call back. Also my mpg average was at 10.8. Its always at 13.4 but I reset it before I dropped it off just so I would know if someone was joyriding, as I have always done with my vehicles.The part that really made me realize they dont know what there doing is I dropped it off next time to get a recall fixed. I asked them to look into a noise coming from the front every time I turn left. So after having my truck for 4 days they told me the noise is coming from my rear parking brake line rubbing on my shock because my truck is lifted and all they can do is put grease on shock. (I bought the truck this way). Well I drove it for a couple weeks and the noise kept getting worse. So I took it to a shop and after them have my truck for 2 hours they found multiple issues. Main one being my rack and pinion was gone and they deemed it unsafe to drive. Also front pumpkin leaking, passenger tie rod end loose and right side valve cover leaking. So instead of the warranty I pay for covering this it cost me almost $3000. And wow amazing no more noise. What makes all this worse is I've only owned the truck for 7 months and haven't even put 7000 miles on it. I dont know if they just didnt want to pay for it or if there mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Either way not happy with there service and would advice against taking your vehicle there for repairs.

Update: I gave them info to contact me service manager (jeff was his name I think) called me and woke me up. I work 3rd shift so not his fault. He called me 11/22/19 and went over my complaints. Wanted to check cameras for whoever was beating my truck up, to long ago to have it still. Then wanted to know what was all wrong with it (clearly says in above comment) told him again and said he was going to look into it. Also wanted invoice of the service emailed to him, which I would have no problem providing if a email address was given. Then asked me when was best to contact me on the next business day. Told him Monday before noon (11/26/19), today is 12/10/19 still haven't got a call back. No response just shows me how badly things are run and dealt with and they could care less about there customers. Mind you my parents have been buying cars here for 30 years. No one's being held accountable for a there act actions. Will again advice anyone I know not to purchase vehicles from such a terribly run place.

I left a complaint online and have not had any response. I also emailed Dustin Abplanalp, Service Manager with a picture of the greasy handprints on the front, drivers side fender. My appointment was on 07/31/2019, at 10:30 AM. It was obvious that whoever did the work on my car did not use a fender cover. Today I noticed that they did not reset the the oil life percentage gauge. I tried to get my service done where I bought my new 2017 Expedition EL Platinum. I thought that s what dealerships wanted to do. The service department at Griffin Ford failed to do what I believe should be routine practices. I have Ford dealerships closer to home. That s where I will go for my future service requirements and our next car purchases as well.

I bought a car early/mid September from this dealer. They confirmed they had done work to the car prior the sale. As soon as we drove off with it after the sale it began to make a noise, caused by the work they had done to it. I took it back within the week it was bought, they took in they said they were going to fix the issue and cover the cost. They had it for over a week, the issue was not fixed it was made worse! They had little concern of their customer needs. Now we have to pay out of pocket, a large sum not even a month since buying a car from this place. It was also very dirty when buying it and when picking it up after the supposed fix . Will not be recommending this dealer to anyone.

This was the Best friction-free customer service experience I had while searching nationwide online to purchase my new Ford F-150 Raptor. GRIFFIN Ford engaged me online the same day I emailed them and provided all the information regarding the Raptor I wanted to know about, without any sales pressure. I made the purchase from my home state of California online with the dealership. It was an easy decision given they had the best agreed vehicle price nationwide with trustworthy communication developed by Griffin Ford. After the purchase, Griffin took the time to assist me in locating a company to ship the truck to my home in California, who then delivered my new Raptor within 3 days. GRIFFIN Ford demonstrated that it is possible to create a great experience buying a Ford Truck. And just so you know, out of all the cars and trucks I have driven in all kinds of terrain - the Ford F-150 Raptor is the best of the best without a doubt.

I would give less than 1 star but cannot. I scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle and received several reminders, even a e-mail that morning letting me know the salesperson had set aside time to give me the attention I need. After driving 35 miles and almost a hour of my time I was informed that the salesperson was not in. I was then informed the specific vehicle was sold the day before. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and money or be fooled by the commercial you see on t.v. Griffin Ford does not care about you.
UPDATE - the manager called me and was very apologetic about what happened. He explained some things and I can understand some of what happened. I am willing to work with them but am only moving my review a little till there is some physical action on their part and not just talk.

People are very kind, but as car buying usually goes, nothing went smoothly. Would warn to look at every line item in detail - what we talked about and what we were charged were 2 different things, and we asked a lot of clarifying questions! Best to get your own financing as you will be told they will get you the best deal, but in our case the business office did not. Information we mentioned to the sales person, never made it to the business office where you close the deal.

Nice people . The only reason not 5 stars is because I was hoping for more off on a used vehicle then what offered. Cash up front too. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Update 2/11/2019. Was told they do emission tests when vehicle purchased. They gave me a 2020 sticker to apply to license plate and did so thinking the emission test passed and that was that. Approximately 7 days later, I get a letter from the DMV telling me to get emission test done or plates will be suspended. What??! Tried calling dealership rep that took care of me, but had to leave a voicemail which I never indulge in. So had to go to get emissions done on my own. Thank goodness vehicle passed. Rant over.

My experience at Griffin Ford has always been good. However, I am somewhat disappointed with my F150 in that it needed a new oil pan at only 22,700 miles. I am in the last month of my 3 year warranty. I'm wondering what this would have cost me if the warranty had expired? Do I need an extended warranty protection plan for an additional $1,000 to $2,000?

Went in about a month ago just to look as we weren t quite ready to buy yet. Nick came out to great us and we couldn t have asked for a better sales guy. Since we didn t know exactly what we wanted, he gave us the keys to at least 3 different Explorers to test drive. The best part is that he allowed us to test drive by ourselves so we weren t uncomfortable while testing. After choosing the one we liked, we put a hold on it. Almost a month later, getting the best deal possible on the vehicle, we are proud owners of a 2017 Explorer Sport. Everything from Sales to Finance to the Sales Manager coming out to thank us and show sincere appreciation for our purchase, all was a great experience. The best part was having Nick come into work on his day off just so we could get the deal done on OUR time. Thanks Nick!

Took my truck to Griffin Ford on 8/2/18. They diag...

Took my truck to Griffin Ford on 8/2/18. They diagnosed a check engine light issue to be coolant getting into my engine. Not good, but, under warranty. I was told they would not be able to do any work on it for at least 1.5-2 weeks as their engine tech was so busy. They had 4 cars in front of me he had to work on. However, I could not take the truck home and schedule a time or even have Griffin call me a day or 2 before to have me bring it in. I get that it likely is not a good idea to drive the truck in this condition, but, long story, but, this has been going on since 5k miles and now had nearly 20k with no one able to diagnose it. Griffin knew that, but, did not matter as that is their specialty shop go to market strategy. Each tech has only 1 specialty and that typically is 1 person per specialty. On top of that, and really the kicker, they offered no loaner or rental. Of course, I would prefer a loaner, but, was willing to do something as I needed a vehicle for work. This too is their decision as a dealership. Others do offer a loaner/rental. Due to the long history of not being able to diagnose the problem till now, I decided that I could live for 1.5 weeks. This turned into a total of 4+ weeks. Picked up the truck on 9/17. It was completed by 9/14. Service Advisor did not proactively communicate with me that things were getting extended, I had to call in more than once. We had a big vacation planned for over a year where we would need the truck to pull a camper. The reason we bought the truck Well that did not happen. We had to change our plans and spend even more money to rent a small pop-up as we weren t going to cancel the trip. During this process, Griffin Ford hired a new Service Manager and while he did a lot to remedy the pain in the butt this truly was, the damage was done. I cannot say what the future holds, but, there is room for improvement in the customer service delivery. As a stark contrast, while this was going on, my Chevy Traverse check engine light came on. I took it to the Chevy dealer we normally go to and their customer service and proactive communication along with a loaner ready within 5 min of arrive at the shop was top notch. This difference in customer service is what prompted me to write this review. Hopefully Jeff can remedy some of this.

Update 10/4/18
Spoke with Service Manager and he explained more of the things he was able to do to help me out with this. In fact, I give Jeff, new Service Manager a '5'. Much appreciate his efforts to make things right. In addition, I like their initiative to get more Tech's cross-trained so they can be more efficient when certain Tech's get backed up - this is a great move toward a focus on Customer Service! Consider this a 4.5 star rating. Getting closer to a '5' and I will be taking my truck back to Griffin for service in the future.

My brother and I (76 & 68), have been longtime customers, In my case since the late 80's. Always open and honest with me, considering I almost always needed to custom order due to my tight beliefs and wants in new vehicles. The service is honest, knowledgeable, with long hours of operation that helped as I and my wife were raising kids and on different work shifts.

I will surely be back for future purchases!

Very poor customer service....waited three weeks for my pickup to be repaired while Jeff the manager let the transmission tech have time off after taking a transmission from my truck and wouldn't finish the installation of a replacement. Service manager used deceptive information when I enquired about a new transmission and installation of the replacement said that I would have 150,000 mile warranty and in and out in two days. Will not be using Griffin Ford nor word of mouth appraisal . Boucher Ford has better Service.

My service rep Steve was very helpful. He was able to complete everything I requested in a timely manner including the oil change, air bag light concerns, flat tire repair and replacement, interior detailing and an estimate for repairs to passenger doors. The only thing that could not be assessed was the engine noise, however Steve was able to schedule the next available appointment for 2/26/2020.

I was en route to another dealer and just stopped in to see if they had any vehicles in my price/age/mileage category. Although a little higher than my budget I worked with Tony and ultimately test drove a comparable vehicle. After moving on to the other dealer and test driving my researched choice I returned to Griffin and purchased the one we saw there. In all a fairly stress free purchase within 10% of my budget for a car with more options than I originally looked for. Still well pleased with my purchase two weeks later.

My daughter knew she wanted a hatchback & she liked the Ford Focus. And did I mention we had 4 days to find and finalize this vehicle. We actually began by speaking over the phone with Briar, a salesmen at Griffin. He had a few vehicles ready when we arrived. My daughter was set on one 2016 focus but she had no credit established so we had to look at something a few years older. She settled on a red 2014. Our last stop was their finance manager who jumped through hoops to get the paperwork finished in record time. We left there with 1 hour and 15 minutes to spare! Both Briar & the Finance Manager were great to work with.

Great family owned company to work with on your next vehicle purchase. We had just had a car totaled out and needed to move pretty quickly to replace it. My family opted to go used and found a wonderful Escape that has been well taken care of. Wayne Pipke was great to work with. He was patient during the search, but also moved quickly when finalizing the deal. All in all, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend using Griffin Ford and if you go used, go Wayne Pipke.

The battery had to be charged and we drove it directly to Griffin Ford's Service Department early evening (without an appointment). They kept it overnight, replaced the battery (under warranty), checked the FOBs and had it ready for us the next day. Service was prompt, courteous, and there were no issues with just stopping in to have service.

My wife was very disapointed with the cleaning done on the seats, nothing was done with the ceiling that she mentioned, and the back carpet when seat is put up. Will not get this done at Griffin again.
