I left a complaint online and have not had any response. I also emailed Dustin Abplanalp, Service Manager with a picture of the greasy handprints on the front, drivers side fender. My appointment was on 07/31/2019, at 10:30 AM. It was obvious that whoever did the work on my car did not use a fender cover. Today I noticed that they did not reset the the oil life percentage gauge. I tried to get my service done where I bought my new 2017 Expedition EL Platinum. I thought that s what dealerships wanted to do. The service department at Griffin Ford failed to do what I believe should be routine practices. I have Ford dealerships closer to home. That s where I will go for my future service requirements and our next car purchases as well.
