My vehicle is very nice but its so hard for anyone to call you back let alone trying to get ahold of someone in particular! I have questions about my loan and a service shifter keeps flashing on my dash but no one can call me back to tell me what's going on! Its very frustrating!
I was interested in purchasing a vehicle, and after many attempts of taking to someone I finally got ahold of an actual person. There was not much stock in our home state so we are now looking out of state to purchase our vehicle. We come to find out that these people are only selling vehicles to local customers because of limited stock . Do they realize how ridiculous that sounds??? They are literally turning away sales. Anyways, thanks for letting me know. I can take my $45 thousand cash somewhere else.
Dealership is a joke. Doesn't know how to treat a customer with recpect. Would never step foot in this dealership again. Shocked they have stayed in business this long.

I went to Gregg Young back in July in desperate need of a truck to move across country with. I was in the process of rebuilding my credit and was having problems getting approved. I found the truck I wanted and they were able to get me approved. They would not budge on the price because they knew I didn't have any other options. I ended up paying way too much, which was my own fault. However, I brought it back the next day because the breaks were not very responsive. They looked at it and said it was fine, just how the truck was made. I went to make my move and almost got into an accident because the breaks went out on the interstate. The tires were completely bald and I had to replace them as well, something they refused to do. I then last month had to replace the front hubs, all things they said they looked at. So when all is said and done 5 months later I am out over $2,000 in repairs and owe thousands more than my truck is worth. The salesman and business manager were pushy and they took advantage of my situation because they knew I didn't have any other choice and was about to leave the state. So thanks Gregg Young for risking my life and putting me in a worse financial situation than I was before.
I did contact the manager below and have heard nothing back. So my assumption would be that it was posted to make them look better. They don't care, they sold a car and made a huge profit. Do not buy from them unless you don't mind the typical pushy car salesman experience.

Everything has been going well and that is a good thing.
I had a terrible experience with the service department at Gregg Young Chevrolet. Here are the reasons why:
1) I went on Tuesday, May 14th for an oil change using the 'Quick Service". For an oil change and a tire patch (more on that below), I was there for almost 4 HOURS. Other customers were coming and going by the time my car was done.
2) After almost 4 hours I went to go look for someone and they noticed me and took me to my car. They offered to wash my car, but after 4 HOURS of being there, I went to my car and the car was not washed and the plastic was still on the seat of the car.
3) One of my tires were low and they said they could patch it for $20-something dollars, and I decided to do it to delay the purchase of brand new tires. Well, the next day after the my oil change, I go to my car and my tire pressure is down to 8 psi. And I needed to make repeated stops to put in air in said tire.
4) Somehow the sensors on my tires are now messed up. They did rotate my tires, but for some reason the tire that is low is the back passenger side, but the sensor on my dashboard says that it is the passenger front side.
5) I know that I had a headlight out on my car. I was planning on replacing it on my own, so there was no need for them to change it, but when I get the full report back from all of the checks that are 'done', my lights were marked green and nothing needed to be done. Did they even check the headlights? What else did they check and not check in the 4 HOURS.
Trent went above and beyond when my vehicle was in. He was polite and contacted me whenever there was a change in status. Thank you!

They are really great. They have a kids area with toys in the waiting room, a diner so you can purchase food for the kiddos to snack while you wait, and dum dums for the kiddos at reception- basically they understand that sometimes parents have to bring their littles in while they shop or do repairs on their vehicles, and they are prepared in advance to make the experiences as a whole less stressful. We have bought 2 cars with them in 2017, and will only go to them after their competitor W******** in the Omaha area didn't come up to par.
Jeff Sturgeon was a great help the day we purchased our vehicle. I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new/used vehicle. In the end the entire staff was great to work with.

In May 2019, I purchased a car from Gregg Young Chevrolet via salesman Dominico Catania. It was my first purchase in Nebraska and I was not aware of how registration fees and taxes work. I was concerned I would not be able to pay the registration fee. The new car purchase was out of necessity as our paid off car had been totalled in a wreck the day before. Dominico advised me that there was a way to extend the 30 day registration window by paying about a $20 fee. He said this would be available to renew 2 times after the 30 days. I trusted his knowledge as he said he had been in car sales for over 10 years. I knew I would need more time to pay the registration and taxes because I was adding a new expense. My wife was with me and we both asked him about the registration and taxes at least 3-4 times. He stated the same. When I called the DMV for an extension they said no such thing existed. I was furious as I was lied to and misled so Dominico and Gregg Young could make the sale. The reality is, if I had been told told the registration and taxes would be in 30 days no matter what, the purchase of the car would have had to wait a little longer.
In addition, when I brought the new car back to the dealership the next day because they did not clean it or fill it with gas, they crashed it. The dealership said they would not report it and just fix it back to new. I fought against this although they insisted they would fix it back to new. They eventually gave me a new car and not the crashed one. I would speculate they fixed the crashed car and are selling it to a different consumer as "new" when it is not. I've bought several new cars in the past and it's always difficult dealing with the purchase - it takes time and negotiation. But this was by far the worst experience. Being lied to, then trying to be scammed into taking home a crashed car, then finding out the salesman lied again. Even if you're in a desperate situation, I encourage you to stay away from this dealership.

This dealership is laughable to say the least. Terrible doesn t do justice to the service this place provides. They will lie and lie to steal your money. Also be cautious of the overall review they have. They had the audacity to pressure me into giving them 5 stars after the disrespectful and dishonest way they treated me the entire time. The service dude pleaded if I don t get my 5 star review it looks really bad on me and I ll get in trouble. Wah wah wah should of thought about that before the pathetic excuse of customer service y all provided keep friends and family away

Okay Dave my sales rep was awesome, he was patient, kind and very helpful. He made sure I knew how to operate all the cool features in my 2020 Sonic. Finance department worked hard for me to get me the vehicle I needed. Drake was very kind and explained things so a person like me could understand, and that to me was most important.and he didn't pressure me into things I did not need or want. I also found him to be a fellow gamer, which was cool.

Chelsea from service was awful. I came in to get my air sensor fixed and she claimed all I needed was an oil change and they did an oil change when I didn t come in for one then called to tell me the oil change wasn t what I needed. Like!?!??! I came in for a sensor and you did an oil change.
Other than my awful experience with her being disrespectful and having nothing but attitude, Austin was fantastic. He helped accommodate everything that I actually needed and even had my car delivered to me! If you ever need something fixed with your car I definitely recommend going to him!

I recently traded in my Hyundai Sonata and purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox from Gregg Young and I can t say enough nice things about them. Cameron and Wes made the expectedly difficult process seamless and easy. As a young woman, I did not feel taken advantage of which is usually the case at dealerships. They helped me through the entire process and left no question unanswered. I ve had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past and im glad to have found a place I can be a life time client of and know I m always in good hands!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Gregg Young. I have been to several dealerships in the past I felt at ease as soon as Joe Roberts offered to help us. He was polite, personable and real. He gave us great service while making sure we stayed relaxed. Someone give Joe Roberts a raise so he can spend some time with his wife. Working two jobs has to be tuff, he deserves a bonus, a raise and some paid vacation. I cant imagine working two jobs like this man and keep that smile. Maybe he needs employee of the month just saying.
We bought a fairly new Tahoe from this dealership and they told us it was GM certified and had been through multiple inspections. They called us 3 weeks after we had purchased the vehicle to tell us it had been in an accident but if we wanted to keep it they would give us $500. We then looked up the car fax ourselves and found it had structural damage in the accident as well as damage to the front back and hood of the vehicle. We told them we would bring it back and take our old vehicle back. They had already sold our vehicle so now we have no vehicle and they did pay us for the difference of our loan and the amount of vehicle was worth but not a cent more. We live 3 hours away so we had to spend another day make another trip and are now starting the buying process over. I would not recommend this dealership.

We called ahead to test drive a vehicle, drove 40 minutes to go see it, then the salesman decided right before we got there to have it cleaned making us wait an additional 20 minutes. When we asked to test drive a different vehicle after deciding we wanted to see something comparable he not only tried to dissuade us, he got aggressive. Did NOT like the service and will be going elsewhere...

I was definitely thrilled that I purchased the extended warranty plan they offered when I purchased the vehicle because it has saved us over $1000 so far.

I was only passing through town on my way to a new duty station and they got me in to do an oil change and tire rotation very quickly, and was attended to promptly and professionally. Not to mention the little cafe in there, I highly recommend the patty melt while you wait for your vehicle. If i lived there I'd use it exclusively.

At delivery, Brian Sharp made the process enjoyable and fun, and he was on the ball with the walkthrough and answering questions about the car! And, from my experiences with GY Chevy over the years, they also have a wonderful service department, and I gladly recommend GY Chevy to all of my friends and family!

Not the most knowledgeable and very pushy salesmen. If you spend 3 hours negotiating you will typically get about 2-5k off the sticker price. Watch them closely so they don't add extra expenses to your purchase.
What do you expect from a dealership? Just bring lube so it's not as painful.
Let me say that I do all my service with Gregg Young and have had good experiences in the past. Recently my well-cared for pickup has had a few small things start to act up such as a heated seat not working or the adjustable seat not working. When I went in for my last oil change I asked them to just take a quick peek at it and see if it was anything major. When I went to sign a service estimate the bill was 175 bucks. I asked why it was so expensive. The service advisor told me they had $130 dollar diagnostic fee. I realize that it takes time to diagnose something and I'm not expecting them to do it for free but $130 is a bit extreme. The seat may be a simple fix that may only take 15 minutes to figure out. Should I chose not to fix it I then spent 130 dollars for something that took 15 minutes to look at. Last time I took my wife's car in there for a oil change/tire rotation/ and alignment they informed me that I no longer had the lifetime alignments that I had purchased. I was told their service tech under quoted me and as a result I didn't truly have lifetime alignment. I eventually got the service manager to agree to align my car after the fact. It never used to be this way there and I don't know what's changed but I'm going to be taking my service elsewhere in the future.
Went in to get a tire patched, I had a nail in it. The service dept was phenomenal and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
Don't ever sell your car here! There are signs everywhere that they buy cars buy do you a favor and just go to Carmax
I just bought a Chevy Malibu from Gregg Young and it was a truly great experience. Mike was so helpful in explaining everything about the car and what I could expect. And Brandon was incredibly patient and understanding in helping me with all my financing options. Not only did he explain everything well, but he really listened to what I had to say and ensured that I was totally happy. Gregg Young Chevy is awesome! They made buying a car a good experience. And I love my Malibu!

Well this was an up and down experience. To start it was very pleasant. The floor salesman was very good to work with then we went into the finance room. This is where things started getting fishy . So i get in and he starts doing his thing and no big deal but when he tells me what interst rate i have been given and i have a creadit score of 841 it doesnt add up . I know i have a good score before i go into this purchase and am just beside myself but i just figure i will refinance with my bank no big deal . So in this process we ask for a copy of the credit report they got . When i got home and eventually read the small print ( shame on me for not doing it there ) it actually says i didnt pass finace and the reasons explaing why made no since like to much extended credit, to much debt to income.... things that i dont actually have issues with . So i called and got a credit report for the same places they pulled my credit from and none of such was on it. After doing some reasearch i found out that some places do this kind of scam to make you think your credit isnt that good so they can jack up your interest rate making you think thats the best they can do . I still have both copys of my "report " and would love a chance for them to come up with an excuse on what happened . Also they want you to fill out a survey that they stress how you have to fill it out so they get a percect score and i didnt do it right away because they still hadn't finished fulfilling everything they had promised and at that point there entire demeanor changed and stopped being nice and still did not do what they said . Unfortunately i really dont like to bag on people and processes but i think people should know about the credit scam .Also when they did put my accesseories on the truck they were sippose to clean the truck and wash it there is still a film on the truck from when it was one of there courtesy vehicles. Its clear as day they did not care about doing the right thing . The rep didnt even show me what they did she walked out the front door handed me the key and said theres your truck . Thats customer service at its finest.
I waited, because I opted to wait, but it did not take too long to get my car repaired, and it took them less than an hour to diagnose it. Good and polite customer service!
This visit took over 2 hours. Usually takes about an hour. Used to get complimentary car washes and vacuuming. It wasn't even offered.
