Sales experience and salesman were 100% wonderful. The ease of the deal was unmatched, and the personality of Paul, the Blair car guy is exactly what you hope for when meeting a car salesperson. Where things got weird was the finance office. After stating my intention immediately to NOT purchase any of the $10k in add-ons they are forced to present, the finance kid had to go find a waiver for me to reject the plans. Suddenly a second more experienced finance guy comes in for a more thorough explanation of the plans. This had the feel of an extremely high pressure sales situations. No waiver ever appeared. A great sales experience absolutely soiled by a pathetic add-on sales push in the finance office. Ultimately I got the deal and vehicle I wanted but not without unnecessary garbage to work though.

I do not recommend this place at all. I contacted one of the vendors. He sent me the credit application to my phone. He sent it to me, and when he was ready, he called me and told me that everything was fine. To be there at 8:00 in the morning when I arrived he began to spin me with the numbers I did not see anything clear first they approved the truck but they could not approve it in lease and if in purchase I said ok and they got I do not know what happened because they never spoke clearly to me, even so the bender told me that the problem was not credit because they were good, I really did not understand anything nor did they worry about finding me the best option they are only there to do the best business for the dealer and not for the buyer very bad experience a whole day

I live two hours from the distributor and the seller when I sent him the credit application told me that if it could be as soon as possible I make sure the business would go away I went and lost my day that nobody cares I was willing to Paying 750 dollars of bills for a truck told me that the business was approved but he told me that it was because he told me first that the bank needed to call my work to confirm that everything was already approved and that only what I was lacking was the truck and in the end He told me that no, this is not done if they assure that the business goes out, it has to go out, or else they made me lose my day and who is responsible for the run on my credit, the loss of a work day, 4 hours of travel and a whole day meadow frustrated and with a headache from me there was no problem I agreed with the payments

Pain and hassle free buying experience. I told Joe Roberts what I was looking for and he showed me what he had available, and worked a great deal for me. Typical dealer questions, but I didn't feel overly pressured to make decisions on the spot. Joe was very helpful while picking out my new truck.

My experience was excellent! I had an incredibly helpful salesperson, Ken Johnson. He helped me pick a car that was perfect for me and also made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. Rodney in finance was a super help and made sure we had an easy experience. Our sales manager, Alex, worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for my lease. I would absolutely recommend Gregg Young Chevy to anyone looking for a new car! Really happy I made the choice to go to Gregg Young because it's been my best experience buying a car yet!

Terrible experience. I love my Chevy truck but the customer service was terrible. Nearly impossible to get hold of anyone, always forwarded to voicemail, and never returned phone calls. My truck was in for warranty service and I had to pay for my own rental while they had it and could not get a clear answer kn when I would get it back, I need my vehicle for work and cant afford $70 a day for a rental, especiallywhe it's under warranty. I love GM but will never go back to this dealership for purchase or service.

I was quoted an hour to get my oil changed, after an hour and 40 min I got up walked around and happened to look outside and see my car sitting in the parking lot! I went and asked if it was ready they said oh yeah sorry the girl who checked you in went to lunch! What??? Someone should have called me!! Or texted. I needed to have been to work 45 min ago! I was not happy! Then I go out to my car and expected the outside to be washed as my previous dealer ALWAYS washes the car that came in for service, then I get in to my car and there is greasey hand prints all over the inside of my door ans on my steering wheel!! If I didn t have my oil
Changes out in to my payments I would never come back for an oil change . I m still have tempted not to. Lazy . The service department needs to take some pointers from wood house GMC on L.

We had a wonderful experience at Gregg Young Chevrolet. Our sales person, Paul Kern, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though I really thought I knew what I wanted, he wanted to make sure I made an informed decision. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions.

My delivery person, K.T., was an absolute hoot!! He went through ALL the bells and whistles in my new Blazer. He also gave me a few tips and hints when it came to using my keyless entry to my new vehicle.

I recently purchased a leftover 2017 Silverado fro...

I recently purchased a leftover 2017 Silverado from this dealership on saturday 2/10/18. Austin was polite and fine to deal with and since they had already had the truck marked down significantly it didn't take too much back and forth to get to the bottom line that I felt comfortable doing the deal. They were ok enough to deal with overall, the F&I office took way too long and tried to upsell a bunch of services and warranties, but overall it was a run of the mill vehicle purchase. They did offer me food from their grill but since I was not hungry I turned it down.

The reason I am giving two star review is because when we were negotiating a price for my trade in, I was told there was no way they could sell the truck on their lot due to it's age and they would send it directly to auction with the hopes of breaking even. They got within a couple hundred bucks of what I wanted for it, which was based on NADA and KBB numbers so I went ahead and did the deal, but made a mental note to check back in a few days to see if they did list the truck and sure enough they did. I was also shocked to see the price they were asking for it (WAS $10,000 now $8995!!! when the fair market retail value is somewhere around $6,000) as they have signs all over their dealership saying how they don't artificially inflate used vehicle values just to win some negotiation. I did send an email to confront them about this and they said they were taking the vehicle off the website, which wasn't the point. The point was they said one thing, they did another and basically proved they are just like every other dealer out there with the tactics they used. I could have cared less if they sold the vehicle on their lot, in-fact I hope they do since it was a well taken care of truck that my family simply outgrew and it would make somebody a nice affordable truck. It just rubbed me wrong the way the went about it and how they way over priced it since I did plenty of research on it and knew what it was worth.

In the future when I need another different vehicle, I would probably at least let them compete with other dealerships for my business again, however I wouldn't solely be looking at them.

I e been to Gregg Young several times and almost always have a great experience. The people are friendly and they have a nice waiting room and a restaurant where you can get some pretty good food to eat it the wait times the last 2 times haven t been so good. This recent visit I had to find someone to help me and then had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. After the two hours I had to again find someone to find out what was taking so long. I will be going back again but if it s over a 45 min wait I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Buying a car from here was a big mistake ! Terrible customer service and terrible follow thru for all parties involved. Test drove a vehicle and the low tire light was on. No big deal. Salesperson assured me the car had already been thru a very detailed inspection and it had to just be a minor issue with the tire due to weather fluctuations . Had several email exchanges and was assured the problem was fixed and it was nothing. Purchase the car a few days later and one again questioned that the tire was fixed. Assured me it was. They delivered the car to me as I had to drive my other vehicle back home . They put in the drive and were gone before I even got outside. Go to pull vehicle in the garage, and what do you know , the low tire light was on !! Unbelievable ...after being assured many times it was fixed, not only was it not fixed, but they delivered like that !! Several phone calls and visits later, I pull in the dealership service bay and tell the guy my story. He actually says to me... " that means the tire needs air " are you kidding me ? Really ? You think if that was the problem I would be back here , the VERY next day after purchasing the vehicle ?? So I tell him please find the problem , and not just put air in the tire and send me away. Obviously there's more of a problem than that. So after waiting he comes back and says the problem is that all the tires were filled wrong. 2 way over , 1 under a lot , and one just a little low . Hmmm...how could that be since I was just assured the day BEFORE , when I bought the car,
That all the tires had being checked again. So either I was lied to, and they were never checked , or the service people are that terrible. Neither option makes me happy. Then I go to leave, and the low gas light comes on. Had only driven the car to the dealership since they delivered to me " full tank and ready to go " . Nope, no gas put in. Strike number 2. The next day , the low tire light is back on
Again !! Decide to have someone look at the tires. It took them less than five minutes to see there was screws in 2 out of the 4 tires. THAT was why the light was coming on. Had the tire place fix it properly.
Sent an email to the dealership, never heard back. Needless to say, I will never purchase another car here. Terrible customer service, terrible follow thru, a service dept who can't do a basic fix. Never would I recommend this place to anyone ! It's been a nightmare for me !

John at Gregg Young gave me the better of 2 estimates for bodywork on my daughter s car after I had driven it into the garage door frame. He also threw in a loaner car and told me he could do the work with in the following week. That is just what I needed. After examining the car, he pointed out other dents and scrapes. I chose not to have those repaired. The work was finished before schedule. To my surprise, he had touched up the other areas that needed work AND thoroughly cleaned it inside and out free of charge. This is the second time I ve used Gregg Young Chevrolet, and both experiences were so good that in the future, I will not bother with getting estimates anywhere else.

My wife and I purchased our first car from here last week and really enjoyed our experience. Robin Benash was absolutely fantastic. She understood that we were sticking to our budget and never once pressured us to go beyond it. Anyone interested in buying a car should ask for Robin. The rest of the staff was nice as well but Robin was the best part of the whole experience. We will be back to see her for all of our future car buying needs. I hope the buying experience will carry over into a great service experience as well going forward.

Austin is great. He took his time and made sure I got the vehicle at the price I needed. Their grill is great, too. When you re spending several hours making a big decision, it s a great idea to be able to take a break. One of the people shopping with me wanted information on a car. Austin gave her all the information she needed without being pushy. I think he has a great chance at making a sale this coming summer because she gave her what she wanted without trying to make a sale when she wasn t ready. That says a lot for Austin s integrity. I highly recommend Gregg Young and Austin.

Absolutely scummy service, my daughter went in for an oil change and had was immediately barraged with suggestions for maitnence on her car. She couldn t even get a simple oil change without an added $10 tire rotation because it was part of the package and later recommendations on new windshield wipers, filters and flushes. If they would ve simply checked our history, they could ve seen that we had had our 50,000 mile maintenance service a week before. This included brand new tires, wipers, filters and the flushes that we just got recommended once again. Would highly recommend to stay away from the service in this dealership. If you were to be unfortunate enough to get caught in their trap, please bring someone along to help with preventing them from taking advantage of you.

Excellent sales team. I worked with two gentlemen Blake and Sam. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Gave me a fair trade in and a good deal on the new truck. I felt good about the deal all the way around. They have a restaurant inside the dealership!!!! Which is a first for me but made it not feel long while they were cleaning up the new truck. Everything was as described and I was in and out in no time. They had the truck I was looking for and drove 6 hours to pick it up and glad I did. I ve bought many trucks over the years and I can say this dealership definitely stood out the most. I will be checking them out when I m ready for my next one. Thank You Sooo Sooo much!

They'll find you a ride to suit you, at a decent price, without all the additional bullstein so common elsewhere. Also a decent business office. They speak plainly and my family has been satisfied doing a lot of business with them.

Communication was good, hassle free, impeccable customer service from Charles, as well as all the staff that assisted. They are very friendly and seemed to be quite genuine. Great Job! I had a rough start when buying my car but since then I have had nothing but top A service with both Sales and Service! After going to GY's service department I don't trust a lot of places to work on my car. Keep up the good work because that's how you keep and gain customers. :-)

I recently bought a new car from Gregg Young again since my salesman moved over to this dealership. I have had a goal since my first car to work my way up to a new car with each purchase. I decided in my head that timing would be right if I could walk in and get what I wanted and how I wanted it. Well I got what I wanted and how I wanted it and it all worked out. There was a moment of doubt and I was prepared to be okay with that. But Ryan Haynes and his manager worked everything out so that I could get everything I have worked so hard to gain. Ryan listens to what your needs and wants are and is honest with you on the realities of it. My reality was that I was too upside down in my current vehicle to trade it in. I would be basically paying for both vehicle with ownership of one. So I was able to keep both vehicles which worked out much better in the long run. Service department from getting my tint to a check engine light issue to my first oil change has been smooth sailing. I enjoy the people at Gregg Young. They service department and the guy behind the Corvette cafe always seem to have a smile and that is inviting. I am upgrading their star ratings like they helped me upgrade my vehicle. 5 stars! Thanks you guys! :-)

Frustrating sales experience. My wife and I test drove a used car one night. We needed a replacement after ours was wrecked. My wife loved it. I told the sales guy I wanted the car but would like to take it to my mechanic in the morning for a review (was going to cost me $100). The following morning, I found a mechanic that had time to do a check (since mine did not). The Gregg Young sales guy did not answer my calls that morning and only responded to a text saying he was busy. Later he texted that he had sold the vehicle. I guess that is typical used car lot sales mentality. I would not buy a car from them again. Wasted my time and untrustworthy.

Complete lack of communication on both dealership and the bank. Definitely will not being purchasing another vehicle from them.

Was in a car accident on Monday and by Tuesday evening I had purchased my new car. Michael was a great salesman and was sensitive to my situation. He understood that my budget was low and didn t try to put me in a car that I would overwhelm me financially. In fact, he stopped me from looking at the new cars and hooked me up with a used car that had everything I was looking for. The whole experience was smooth and painless. Drake in financing was also a big help. I greatly appreciate them taking care of me!! Love my new car!!

I had my car in for service work for the air conditioner. They agreed to fix it after they found out it was my compressor. They said the did a dye test on it and found no leaks as well. I had them fix my car and 2 days later my air stop working. Once again took it back into them and had them look at it. Now they want to charge me again because they said that it has leaks in 2 different places in the hoses. I told them the I was not going to pay for it and they should of caught this when the did the dye test. I now had a 3 year old car with no air because of them. I will never step foot in Greg Young Chevrolet and will let everyone I know about my horrible experience.

This was my first time buying a Chevrolet, and first time doing business with Gregg Young Chevrolet Dealership in Omaha, NE. I had such a wonderful experience buying a car from them that I never had with any dealership before. I contacted them over internet after seeing a car (2018 Chevy Camaro ZL1 convertible) I liked on their website. I got connected to Paul Kern, the sales person from Gregg Young Chevrolet. From the very beginning, this sales person was so nice and friendly that I felt like I am dealing with a friend who I can trust, not a typical "car salesman". He was very quick, responsive to my need, and made me feel very comfortable doing business over the phone. He arranged to pick me up from the airport, and after I arrived at their dealership, he processed everything fast and efficiently. Paul has such a great personality that made me feel at ease. The whole deal, and even the financing, went fast. Nobody was pushy to sell me anything that I was not interested in. Every person I dealt with at this dealership were very accommodating, efficient and knowledgeable. I sincerely like to thank everybody for their service, and I, without any hesitation, will refer any of my friends to do business with them.

Update below***I did not have a great experience here except for with the salesperson, who was good. 90 days after I had my car it has had ongoing issues and when I did go back to use the windshield warranty they said they re-sealed the windshield but it was clear when water did not bead up it was never sealed. I live 90 miles away so it is not very convenient to go back for that....UPDATE ...after discussing the issue with Ed at Gregg Young they went above any expectations I had for a car dealership, or any business.

Adrian Johnson is a very friendly helpful associate as well.

My sales experience was pretty cool, but since then I haven't gotten the issues solved. I have expired in transits due to a title issue that has yet to be solved. I keep being told that they'll send me a letter on company letterhead to help with the licensing of my vehicle which I have to to receive. So I'm not impressed with Gregg Young.

Cody was super welcoming the second we walked into the dealership. We explained what we wanted and had 3 picked out on the lot. He was super informative about the vehicles and answered any questions we had. After getting more of our information the finance department started our application. It was a very easy process and never did we fill obligated to purchase anything. They were able to give us a great deal on our loan and we walked away with the vehicle we wanted!

Our experience with Greg Young Chevrolet has been absolutely HORRIBLE! We purchases a brand new 2017 Chevy Tahoe from Greg Young and it will be the last vehicle I purchase from them. The staff was very kind and helpful right up to the point of signing the final paperwork and me handing them $15,000 for a down payment. Soon after doing that I learned that they had taken a back door approach to get men to purchase their almost $9000 extended warranty which I would not have done had they been totally upfront and honest about everything. Also, they promise you the world and explain how things will be so much easier with the warranty and then they guarantee there to be zero issues if there are any problems at all with the vehicle in the future. Well, I have found out that too is a lie. I chose to take the Tahoe to the Greg Young body shop after an unfortunate accident which was not our fault. I did this only because of these promises they fed me full of in regards to getting only the best service imaginable and the guarantee that I would have a hassle free loaner vehicle experience by getting loaned a vehicle equivalent to the $68,000 luxury Tahoe I just had purchased from them. Let's just say that this entire experience was a nightmare. We had problems with the loaner, the body shop manager was VERY rude and less than helpful and made it a point to make me and my fiance feel very uncomfortable with the process, not to mention that there was damage to the body that was missed by their shop during the repair process. I have tried for 2 days now to get before photos from the Greg Young body shop to show these damages and have been totally ignored. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car buying and shop/service needs somewhere other than Greg Young. It saddens me to say this as i personally know that Greg and his family are outstanding people, and I feel that if he knew about this he would be very unhappy. It's too bad his staff drops the ball like this because we had plans of being lifetime customers at Greg Young. This has more than swayed my thoughts on that.

Another great experience. Trent and everyone are very courteous and prompt. The job always seems to be done on time. One of the best Service Departments anywhere. I would be remiss not to mention the Corvette Cafe'. Good food at reasonable prices helps make the service experience even better.

Exact problem with truck was not properly diagnose...

Exact problem with truck was not properly diagnosed and after driving the truck some more the front hub failed causing extensive other damage to rotor, brakes, axle and etc. Had the hub noise been diagnosed the first time all the additional damage would not have happened.
This is the first time I have had concern about any repairs diagnosed or completed by Greg Young. Also I do not think the additional damage should have been my expense!

Service technician was great. Just wish That my certified preowned suburban would ve had a more extensive and thorough check done before they sold it to me. The battery died almost immediately after I took it home and the air conditioning lost its charge within six months. I think they could ve done better on that but my technician in the service I got to fix it was great.

I wasn't followed up with when I was told I would be. I wasn't communicated with before supplemental claims were sent to my insurance, I was told I would be. Wrong parts were ordered and received for repairs pushing my time without my vehicle back, delaying repairs. I got my vehicle back with items not done that were supposed to be done. I got my vehicle back with scratches on it, where scratches didn't exist before the body shop. I was sold my ATS with tires at the end of their life while I was told they were new, they wouldn't make it right when brought to their attention while in the body shop. My car was in the body shop due to hydroplaning in rain causing almost $4000 in damage, only then I found out the tires were over 50% worn by State farm when they said I had to pay half for the tires damaged. I was told they would clean the grass that was all over in the engine compartment, underbody, wheel wells, nooks and crannies throughout the body they didn't its all still there. Overall I'm disgusted with the service & support I received.

My recent purchase at GY Chevy was the smoothest auto purchase I have made in some time. Our salesman, Paul Kern, was very easy to deal with and low pressure. I was looking at every dealership in the Midwest for quite some time for a specific vehicle and GY Chevy not only had exactly what I was looking for but at a price that was lower than anything I had found anywhere else. I definitely recommend GY Chevy and lookup Paul when you get there.

I would actually give zero stars if I could for my experience with the service department yesterday. I dropped off a truck at 745am for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at. At 930, they called to say the rear brakes needed changed. That was fine, I told them to go ahead and change them. I went about my morning and at 1, thought it should be getting close to being done, so I didn't want to go too far away because I was going to need the shuttle to pick me up. At 3pm I called and was told that it was just waiting on the oil change. That seemed odd after 7 hours, but ok. At 430 I called and nobody answered. At 530pm I called and talked to a guy who told me my consultant was with a customer but would call right back. At 6, he called and said it was, in fact, done and that he had "dropped the ball". I asked if he could send someone to pick me up and he said the shuttle driver goes home at 5. I was super unhappy, so they sent someone from the service department to get me. When they gave me the paperwork, it actually said it was done at 130pm. WHAT?!? That's a little more than "dropping the ball".

Have a good shop but they are a little slow, even when making an appointment. The last time I had an oil change it took an hour and fifty minutes with an appointment. They do have one of the best cafes in Omaha to eat! So waiting a little while and grabbing a bite is always enjoyable.

I was interested in purchasing a Camaro or Corvette as a weekend fun car. I went in to Gregg Young Chevrolet to see them in person and go for a drive. The sales team made me sign a purchase agreement before going on a test drive. I've never been asked to sign a purchase agreement before test driving a vehicle before.

I took my Tahoe in for a recall and the service team did an amazing job. Trent listened great and called me with updates on my car. He also took care of other things I needed done oil change, wipers, brakes and tire while it was there so that was very helpful. It took them a couple hours and everything was good as new.
