Bad service. Hard to claim that someone was not at...

Bad service. Hard to claim that someone was not at home. Next day the story is suddenly that "due to calamities the courier could not deliver". Meanwhile a disappointed birthday child.
I was once a good customer. Now NEVER more Greetz #fail #badservice
