It used to be all well organized now (which you can also see from the comments here). I ordered birthday cake and it arrived at the birthday party, but it was a cake meant for someone else and the birthday party didn't accept it, which makes sense who wants a cake with the name / photo of someone veins. Very surprising feeling of course gone and not nice for the recipient. At customer service (chat) waited half an hour for answer 15 people for me.

If you want to surprise someone, don't order through here. Too bad a nice website, but the service is unfortunately very bad.
