We recently had some water damage to our wood floor in our downstairs bathroom. We called Clint Youngblood at Greer Flooring. He came out and talked with my wife about our options. He was someone that my wife felt comfortable working with; she dealt with a lot of the logistics in this project. Clint was very patient with us and explained everything very well. We must have asked him a million questions before, during, and after the completion of the floor. Our floor looks amazing! Clint took care of any and all concerns, no matter how big or small, we had throughout the process. Even the tiny details, Clint made sure they were taken care of and we were happy. My wife and I would highly recommend Clint for any flooring needs; this guy knows his stuff and he wants you to love your new floor!

You build a new house and you think it s going to be perfect. That s not all ways the case. To make a long story short the local builder I used has deflected any and all issues I had in the first 6months. One issue I had was with the floor. After having Jacob come out and look at my issues and Tim the GM following up after the visit I m pretty happy quality of service I have received from Greer Flooring thus far. This isn t my first experience with the company. I have always felt the prices to be fair, great products and excellent service. I would definitely recommend using Greer Flooring.

We recently used Greer Flooring to replace our linoleum floors. We had not used them before but were very impressed with working with Keith. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful without being pushy. We were also very pleased with the contractor who installed the flooring. His work quality as well as work ethic was outstanding.
Soon we will also be having our carpet replaced by Greer Flooring.

Greer flooring offers Quality every step of the way. From sales, customer service, products and installation. Even a follow up call just to make sure I was happy! They've just completed the third room in my home and the craftsmanship is far superior to the original flooring in my brand new house! Greg, Shane and Jason take great pride in their work which is difficult to find these days. I am very pleased with the entire process.

Just had amazing hardwood flooring installed to blend into existing 10 yr old hardwood floors. It's an incredible match! Zach has been great to work with and the installers were super professional and courteous! They will install carpet next week. I highly recommend Greer Flooring!

drove 30 minutes from Travelers Rest to find out they were closed on Saturday morning Memorial Day weekend, one of the largest retail days of the year. I checked their store hours on the website before driving over there and there was no mention of them being closed for the holiday.

We find ourselves quiet a predicament being a Poinsette Home owner. After a year in our home the hardwoods started separating. We are to the point where we have pops, end and longitudinal gaps everywhere. The floors need to be replaced but we never got any satisfaction from Greer flooring when someone was sent out to the house to check the floors. Moisture measurements were taken, they were fine.

What I have found through research (internet and several architects and installers) is that improper installation and the use of poor quality glue will create all of the issues we are having. When Poinsette went out of business we lost any hope of getting this resolved. Greer flooring wrote us off. Sad that consumers are treated so poorly.

My first experience with Greer Flooring was a few years ago when we had water damage to our hardwoods. They worked with the insurance company to make sure floors were even better than before the water damage occurred.

Recently, we decided to have the carpet in the other parts of our home replaced. Tim Reynolds came to our home and measured (I would have forgotten about areas like closets). I went into the store and selected my carpet. There was no pressure in any way. They truly seemed to want to help. A installation date was set. The installation team was wonderful. Very professional and very conscience of my being 100% satisfied.

I really appreciate them not trying to "upsale" and just explaining options. No pressure with the selection or sale. Price was exactly as quoted. No additional charges, fees, etc.

I will def use Greer Flooring for all my flooring needs.

Greer Flooring did an awesome job putting bamboo flooring down in my house. They have very high quality products and the price is more than reasonable for the materials and installation. The staff and salesman were very tentative and helpful at picking the right floor. The installer did an amazing job on the floor and was even kind enough to point out any moisture issues before putting the floor down. I am a luxury custom home builder and we have found a new flooring supplier in Greer Flooring. Jason Johnson is very responsive, professional and offers fair pricing. Work is completed on time with great quality. Their showroom offers a large selection of a variety of flooring materials. Their customer service has been superb making my job that much easier.

Greer Flooring is the best!! Their customer service could not be better. I had a problem with some flooring that was installed about 4 years ago. Tim Reynolds came out and told me he would replace all of the flooring that they had installed previously. He sent out a crew of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional and true artists. They removed hardwoods and carpet and laid Cortec LVP throughout the entire house. Their work is outstanding, I could not be more pleased! My husband and I had Greer flooring do the main level of our home which was right under 1800 square ft. We couldn't be more pleased from beginning to end of completion. Greg was wonderful to work with at the store. He was very helpful and made you feel comfortable with his knowledge of different types of flooring. It took a week to install. We had new carpeting installed in all our bedrooms by Greer Flooring. The entire experience was very positive. Carpet was installed on the scheduled date on time. Installers were very professional and cleanup afterwards was very good. We are very happy with our new carpeting!

Chris was very helpful in finding the perfect floors my kitchen and bath rooms. Very friendly and always available. The time frame specified was dead on and the team of two workers were very efficient and friendly to have around. They were very considerate and did a great job. The people are fantastic and very helpful. A very large product selection makes picking a flooring somewhat difficult.

I recently went in this store (early Aug 2020) and, out of at least 8 employees present, not a single one wore a mask. As the coronavirus rages through our community, this business is failing to take a simple precaution for their customers. Not only is this an affront to those who work in the medical field, but it shows the people operating this business do not care about being decent community members or corporate citizens. Shame on them.

In addition, for the size of their showroom, the selection is lackluster compared to other flooring stores in the area. I found this to be true for both carpets and wood-type floorings. This was the first store I tried, and looking here was a waste of time.

The google hours are wrong on Saturday; they close at 1 PM. Otherwise I went to get pricing after I knew what I wanted (Mohawk). The salesman was very condescending. He kept explaining why my choice was wrong and how my house needed something different for my lifestyle. Considering the fact that we had not discussed my lifestyle it was laughable.

We looked at wood floor covering, Todd C was most helpful. We have a sample to compare at our business Drew's Furtinure and pretty sure it will work. Meet Mrs Ponder and another lady that helps us often (her sweet name will not come to me, sorry) but she has been most helpful many times for us her at Drews. I highly recommend Greer Flooring helpful and friendly they want to make sure the flooring goes with your decor. Thanks

We used Greer Flooring to install new carpet and vinyl flooring in my grandmother's home. I was very impressed with our salesman Keith Jordan. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt, quick to respond to my emails and not pushy. We were able to get installation quickly and on the exact days we needed to keep our renovation project on schedule.

My parents just had new carpet installed upstairs at our home earlier this week, and Greer Flooring Center was so professional and helpful from the beginning of the process until the installation was completed. The quote was very reasonable, and although the installation estimate was 2 days, the 2 employees finished the job in only 6 hours. The new carpet looks great, and the employees also cleaned up all trash that results from such a job. My family would highly recommend Greer Flooring Center for anyone considering new carpet or flooring for their home or business, since it is increasingly rare to deal with a company that still genuinely cares about customer service.

He was very knowledgeable about there product and took the time to help match pre-existing floors I had. I was so impressed with this company and can t say enough good things about them. My husband and I were in today to discuss flooring ideas for completing our master bathroom with flooring and shower tile. John William provided excellent advice and care to the exact needs we had. Can t say enough about this fine young man. We had other selections we were considering but we will definitely be back to complete our task with Greer flooring and John William!

The Greer Flooring team are extremely professional. I have over a 5,000 square foot home and my hardwood floors were beat up raising 3 kids. Also had carpet taken out in three rooms and replaced with new hardwood. They gave me a fair estimate and kept me updated on the entire project. Even when the project was complete they came by to inspect and make sure I was happy with there work. The floors look brand new, extremely happy with their workmanship.

We had damage to our hardwood flooring from a plumbing leak. Javier and his crew did a terrific job replacing the damaged wood and matching the existing floor. Not only did they complete the job more quickly than we anticipated, they did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards. We are very satisfied customers.

Greer flooring provided and installed the carpet and floors in our new home. There are "chunks" under the carpet in countless places that we were told are "just part of the padding" (feels like debris). The most concerning thing is the tack strips. My family is DAILY poking and cutting their feet on tacks though the carpet on the stairs and thresholds. We were advised by Greer Flooring "that's going to happen with any carpet" and the complaint was dismissed. I only allow for the second star because they actually came out to my home to tell me they weren't going to do anything about it rather than over the phone. We will use a professional company to mend or replace our flooring.

One star for now. Will change after flooring is installed. Decided to go with this company over Lowe's which was comparable in pricing. We picked out our floors and sheduled a quote. Got a same day measurment and quote by Jacob our sales rep. After deciding to go with them stopped in to set up an installation date. Jacob after taking our almost $4000.00 deposit PENCILED us in for the 17th and 18th of June. Yes they still us a PENCIL in a big book for scheduling. He gave us our paperwork which when we looked at said June 15th and 16th which he wrote with a pen. I didn't think this seemed right but my wife insisted was because it was PENNED in on our paperwork. I stopped in the before the PENNED in date to verify and was told by Jacob that it was in fact the 17th and 18th the mon and tue following the PENNED in father's day weekend date. I called my wife while still in the parking lot to let her know it would be Monday. So its Monday and I get a call from my wife a little before 11:00 am saying they're not here yet. I call them and talk to Jacob who insisted it was always scheduled for the 18th and 19th which by the way he talked made me feel like I was the the crazy one. Steer clear of Jacob and get a photo of the PENCILED in schedule book which is easily earased.

Just ask a technical question. Got a fair answer from salesman.

We recently purchased new carpet for all our bedrooms from Greer Flooring. These people seem to be the most knowledgeable of anyone we talked to when it comes to floor coverings. There was one small issue with the carpet install and the general manager ,Tim Reynolds, quickly resolved it. Very good customer service.

Greer Flooring re-did all of the floors in our home, both hard wood and carpet. Keith was easy to work with and always responsive. All of the crews that I worked with were professional and did a great job! Keith always kept me updated with the status of the job, which I appreciated, and if anything didn't go as originally planned he did everything to ensure that we were not inconvenienced. Greer Flooring is a Professional Company providing quality service. We purchased a townhouse that we totally gutted and Greer Flooring replaced sub flooring, and installed a beautiful hickory wood floor on the main level. they did all of the tile work in our master bathroom including a very large walkin shower, other wall and floor tile as well as tiling our guest bath which required floor repair and leveling prior to installing tile. The wall tile surrounding the tub is awesome. They also carpeted our upstairs bedrooms and loft. We found all of their crews to be professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them for any job without hesitation.

Jason and his team at Greer Flooring Center did an amazing job with the flooring in our living room and bedroom hallway. After weeks and weeks of waiting, the installation day finally came. By day I mean two weeks. They won't tell you when they are coming, they don't finish anything they started. Every week we were told they would be done by Friday. Only to be disappointed Friday after Friday. If they 10% of the effort they have in their showroom into their work, I would have no complaints. Don't be sucked into the showroom and false smiles. They are only after your money.

Greer Flooring Center has provided Carpet for me twice over the last couple of year's and i couldn't be more satisfied. The Staff are friendly and extremly knowledgeable. If you need flooring this is the place to go.
