Not 5 but 10 stars!!! These guys are just the best in this niche in Varna city.They quickly fixed loose pedal and cut the pipe of the seat because was too long, while i obliterated the whole team with newbie bike questions and they answered them all.The store itself if super neat with lots of stock from water bottles to awesome bikes and the maintenance bench is in front so you can see what is done to you bicycle. I am stunned how professional and polite the whole team is!!! I couldn't wait to ride my fixed bike back home to write this review.Keep it up guys!

This was the most annoying bike shop I've been in for a long time. Looking at a lot of people who have reviewed this place, they only have one rating and I don't know what to think.

You understood that I liked one after all and it turns out that it is also on your site, but you did not offer me any option.
I liked one too, but I was already worried about wanting to make it stand out from the others, I just asked if this frame was right for me. The other stores I visited later immediately explained all the features of their bikes and even gave advice by saying what I was looking for.

The strangest thing was that there was no way we could try to drive, we just had to choose them by looking! We wanted to get two pieces, but we didn't know what kind they would be, because we didn't understand! After a week we went to look for headlights, already for the two bicycles we bought elsewhere, but after they recognized us they didn't pay attention to explain the lights to us, and even the salesman sat down on the chair and started writing some things as if already we are gone!
