I brought my new car from Renault a few months ago. Andrew who dealt with my enquiry was amazing. Very professional, listened and there was no pressure. Andrew talked me through the whole process I wished to use (PCP, lease etc) and once chosen he kept in contact with me for regular updates as to when my car would be ready to collect. When picking up my car he talked me through all the aspects of my car and even followed this up with a aftercare phonecall. I'd definitely recommend speaking to Andrew or the team at Renault.

Bobby was both friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of purchasing my new car. He was informative and very professional maintaining the right balance of communication without being pushy. The other sales team were equally friendly and enhanced the whole sales experience for me. Unfortunately one staff member Mr D. Cummins, I found extremely pushy, and overbearing. He regularly tried to intervene detrimentally with his colleagues which was very off putting. Had it not been for his excellent colleagues, his behaviour would have been sufficient to put me off buying and go elsewhere.

From the start, the process of buying my New Renau...

From the start, the process of buying my New Renault Captur was a pleasure. I spoke to Nathan on the phone and talked through my mobility needs and options available. I arranged a test drive and felt confident that the Captur was the car that met all my needs. I chose Ocean Blue with a black roof, and to say that I was delighted when I saw the car, is the understatement of the year! It is absolutely a dream to drive and I am looking forward to many miles of happy motoring.

If you want a dealership that:-
Puts you first
Ensures you buy the right car for you
Puts excellent Customer service at the top of their list
Does not over promise and under deliver
Keeps you completely in the loop at every stage of the process
Give you an estimated delivery date and actually deliver on time
Explain the controls and functions of the car before you drive away

The last car I bought was from a dealership based in a shopping centre, no showroom and no conversation about my needs. Needless to say, the car turned out to be a disaster and I cancelled the lease after 3 months.

I know you can buy your car online, but why would you want to with such outstanding, knowledgeable Sales people in an excellent dealership that actually has cars!

Recently we contacted a number of Renault dealers ...

Recently we contacted a number of Renault dealers with a view to purchasing a pre-registration/demo Captur. Fortunately one of the enquiries was to Masters of Beckenham. From our original telephone contact with Andrew through to our visit to the showroom we were made to feel most comfortable and welcome. Andrew very patiently went through all the options of new/demo/pre-registration/secondhand cars with us including the pros and cons of petrol/diesel/eco to suit our needs. We ended up purchasing a very low mileage secondhand Captur with lots of goodies, and in our opinion excellent value for money. Our new car is serving us well, and we much appreciate the friendly advice and service given to us by Masters, and in particular Andrew. Thank you.

Bought my renault capture today from Nathan Postil, amazing peoples skills. Answered all my questions made sure I understood every detail, very knowledgeable and I didn t feel pressured into buying. 11 put of 10 for customer service. Masters of Beckenham are lucky to have him would definitely recommend you and if I need a car again I will be coming back, hopefully Nathan will still be there Lol. Having successfully bought 2 cars from Renault masters, my dad was very keen to have the help of Tarjan again to sort out my new car. He was so quick and sorted out everything for us within a week. He respected the budget and provided the most beautiful car for me!

I am a retired lady and I wanted a nice little use...

I am a retired lady and I wanted a nice little used car after an accident that left me feeling very nurvous and lack of confidence in getting back on the road; but with the understanding personal attention i recieved from Nathan, when i walked into Masters, was very helpful.
Everything explained when i did test drive and i felt specially looked after and confident when i drove off with my perfect car.

I was able to test drive a couple of cars and didn't feel under pressure to make any rushed choice. Oliver was patient and understanding of my requirements. Masters Beckenham was one of a number of dealers (including another large Renault dealer) we visited over a few days looking for a small SUV. The Captur was one of the options for us. It was important for us to get a car delivered within 3 weeks. Masters took up the challenge and all staff, especially Oliver who was particularly helpful, succeeded in getting us the car we wanted pretty much on time. Excellent service!

11/10 - I was dealing with a man named Nathan Postill'e. He wasn't there to try to tie me up and rush me in and out. He spent good time going through a variety of deals to find the right one for us, and sure enough he did. He did what I would expect and more, which from our previous experiences is not an easy thing to come by. Would highly recommend and I will be going here again when we next want a new set of wheels...

Nathan lived up to the high standard that we have come to expect from Masters, and he certainly brought some colour to buying our new Scenic. Despite being an awkward customer and taking up all of his day while I made up my mind, Nathan gave me a 5* service. Not a con artist he told me honestly what to definitely have, what to definitely not have and what I needed to make up my own mind on. Didn't try to sell me more than I wanted and didn't make me feel under-pressured to buy.
Top bant, genuinely nice guy and great at his job.. Hopefully doesn't get complacent with all these great reviews..!

I originally purchased a second hand Megane RS from masters of Beckenham, trading in my Renault Wind, and was very fortunate to have been assisted by Tarjan, who made the whole process simple, quick, and trouble free. He was extremely helpful. His after sales were excellent. So much so I then decided to buy my second car, a Renault Capture from Masters. I contacted Tarjan and again he could not have been more helpful. Yet again he made the whole process a pleasure. I have now purchased my 3rd car from Masters, the Megane RS 275. Again being helped by Tarjan. Nothing was too much trouble. Infact Tarjan was very patient as I asked a lot of questions but he was the ever helpful person especially when I was adding all the bits to the car. It's not often that I write reviews but I think this is a well deserved one. I definitely recommend Mastes of Beckenham

Was very impressed with the young very knowledgeable and personable salesperson. He was not at all pushy and even suggested not making up our minds on the first visit, but to go away and think about it. This made a refreshing change compared to other salespeople I have come across. He took the time to explain the whole process and showed us where everything was on the car when we picked it up. This dealer was a long way from home but I would still go back there as my local Dacia dealer was not quite as good

From the get go, service was Uber awesome and Nathan certainly proved a very knowledgeable salesman willing to go over and beyond our expectations. For the last ten years ,we have been regularly changing our car for a new ford model every three years, but this time we wanted to be economical and so approached this dealership to enquire about moving to a new make, a Dacia Duster.
From the first moment we chatted on the phone with Nathan, to picking up our brand new Dacia Duster, we have nothing but praise for all at this dealership: for Justin the manager for being involved and effective in securing us the car on time, whilst other dealers failed to offer anything for several months,. but especially for Nathan who had that right balance of being a low key salesman, yet passionate , personable, and efficient so that the whole sales process felt smooth and enjoyable.
We are so thankful that we found this dealership! the car is amazing by the way!

This place is great, recently bought a Dacia Duster from here and the customer service was great. The staff is so helpful. I went with my mum and looked bit confused, the staff there actually helped us out to solve the confusion, they not at all pushy or try to impose there marketing strategies on customers. They are very efficient with there service and knowledge.I was served by Tarjan Narsoy, great guy who helped us to buy the better model then what i though I was going to buy.

Took my 57 Plate Grand Scenic and carried out a Service and some maintenance bits. Really happy with Julian and the team.

Couple of bits I got called for feedback and texted by sales despite saying my phone was for contact about my car and ok for emails for marketing.

Hopefully if this last bit can resolved then that would be fab.

It was time to change my car and I was looking for a small EV replacement.

Ollie at Master of Beckenham was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the key issues of running an electric car. I enjoyed my test drive (even more so, when Ollie explained that the car had a inbuilt 'safety noise' at low speed, to alert pedestrians).

I'm really happy with my Renaut Zoe, it's a lovely car to drive and would definitely recommend the Zoe and Masters of Beckenham

Having been given a 10 year old Megane early this year, this was my first experience with the Renault group. The booking stage was very easy when I called Masters of Beckenham. Took all the details and we agreed a date for the service and MOT. Took the car down today and I must say that I was very impressed. Everything was smooth and easy in respect of dropping off, collecting and communication in between. Alan K served me and the gentleman was very polite, warm and friendly. I've never really thought of ever buying a Renault but based on this experience and the 5 year warranty that was posted on the cars in the showroom my interest has been piqued. Maybe a Zoe is the next move. Thank you to everyone involved in this transaction from the person who took my initial call, the mechanic who did the Service & MOT to the cleaner who cleaned the car up. It's never looked so good since I've had it. Nice touch too having face masks gloves and hand gel at the entrance. A*****

I was quite nervous entering into a PCP contract but Tarjan very patiently explained it all to me. He listened to what I wanted and matched me to what is possibly the best car I have ever had. He was professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Good customer service. Previously owned and driven toyota cars but due to there limited range and somewhat overpriced vehicles switched to renualt. So far cannot fault them. On the last service they not only texted me to inform me about the progress of the service , but they also sent me a video of the car and the checks they done. Well done renualt! Being a motorbility customer Ive had the pleasure over a few years to be under the professional wing of Stuart Owlett. He made me feel relaxed enough to arrange four different test drives in four different vehicles in the space of a few weeks. His calm manner put me at ease - he is an excellent Motorbility Sales Executive. His advice and attention to detail has been invaluable - and was always helpful . He was always keen for me to have the vehicle - that suited my needs , not keen for commission - something I had experienced elsewhere. I usually name my cars with female names - however on this occasion Stuart sounds just fine lol.
