Had a faulty fire alarm that goes off about 3-4 times every single day starting around 5am for the last 8 months. Despite me calling multiple times every week Greensquare still have not fixed it.

Clearly they don't think a faulty fire alarm is a problem, let alone me being woken at 5am every day without fail by a fire alarm that a lot of the time is so loud the fire brigade are called by people on the street.

Absolutely ridiculous.
