I have been a tenant under Greensquare for over a year now, and I have had nothing but despair in trying to deal with them, they are a profiteering business and do NOT care for their residents as anything more than a tenancy to create income. I have a hole in my roof that allows water to flood into my kitchen, coming down the walls and dripping from the light, at an alarming rate when it rains. I have phoned Greensquare multiple times on this matter but can never get anywhere with them as the staff answering the phones aren't in a position to do ANYTHING at all! If you require any effort at all on Greensquare's part they will have to send your details to yet another office, who will take up to 7 days to get back to you, even if you specify the urgency of the situation.
Since the beginning of my tenancy it was made clear to me that Greensquare simply doesn't not care. The building I live in is full of dogs and pets however, solely due to date at which I began my tenancy, I was not allowed to bring my (tiny and utterly harmless) adored family member with me when he couldn't remain where I'd left. So I raised an appeal for this so I could give him a home with me and different housing officers would give me completely contradicting answers, one trying to assist me in the matter and the other clearly strongly against it, though for reasons I can only assume are personal or because her ego couldn't take me going over her head with the appeal. I was forced to give me beloved little buddy away or become homeless myself, despite the fact that he had done no wrong and had never hurt anybody, this was just Greensquare's decision on the matter and that was that.
In conclusion I'd have to say that, although it is entirely possible to get along on paper with a tenancy involving Greensquare, (simply due to their lawful obligations as landlords) they are entirely devoid of care for their tenants.
