Greenworks has the best tools! I recently got a leaf blower during a DOTW sale and it came at the perfect time. Our house got hit by the remnants of Hurricane Zeta.The Greenworks 60V leaf blower helped me get all of the leaves and sticks together quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these products to anyone who wants their yard to look amazing!

I like what they have to offer but when they're out of stock of the items you want to buy for OVER 6 MONTHS!!! "6 MONTHS!!!", it becomes hard to spend money with them. I have called twice and been told the same story each time. "We'll be getting those in a few months". Unbelievable way of doing business!

I ordered a mower from this company online. It arrived defective and that could have been dangerous in addition because the safety to prevent the mower from starting by itself and to be able to stop it once started was non-functional. Customer service after sales was HORRIBLE. Hours of waiting on the phone for really bad service, it looks like they don't even know what they're doing. Almost 3 weeks of incessant calls and "ball referrals" between the company and repairers to finally settle it with a simple replacement by mail.

A little advice following my experience: if you buy a Greenworks product, buy it from a retailer near you, taking care to keep the invoice. Please do not buy from the Greenworks website. The process will be much easier if there is a problem with the said product.

After all, the product once traded in works great, but I leave 1 star to express my dissatisfaction with the after-sales service and the initial fault with my mower which wasted a lot of my time and stress for nothing.

Awful company to work for. The owner is verbally abusive.

Loving the quality and looks of my 1/2 inch impact wrench , impact driver and recently bought hammer drill. Being 15 miles from Mooresville is a bonus.

Bought a couple of greenworks products today the battery would not charge after being 128 in que decided to take call back so on the phone 15 plus minutes talking with some scripted person telling me all about the warranty changes blah blah so provided her with serial # model # to only get if you do not have your receipt there is nothing we can do so why all the hoopla when we could have just beat to the punch ,basically you can have a brand new item with serial number made that month and they will not warranty it. Last greenworks product I buy and we where in the market for other tools guess what buy the original Green tool EGO. and buy the way Mr Brian McCarthy the people who work for you do not know who you are Lee the supervisor is one of them. That further exasperated the situation no one time will do this both my wife and I have been in the customer service industry and I can assure you that we made much better decisions then your employees.

They have great products and they stick to their guarantee / warranty and replaced a part within warranty.

Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a Lawnmower online. Had no idea when it would ship so I sent a request for find out. Responded within 24hrs with a tracking number. The shipment was delayed twice without notification. I sent two emails the same way I requested a tracking number and I have yet to hear anything back (its now over a week). Tried calling the customer service number 3 times and stayed o n hold for over 30 mins each time with no answer and no indication of when they would answer. (ex. number in line, average wait time, offer to call back, etc.) Now I want to return this mower but the I would be responsible for the shipping charges which would total almost as much as the mower itself. Absolute ripoff and very disappointed. Highly recommend if you actully want one of these products you either buy it thru Amazon they have no problem covering the shipping. Or a local store. But honestly you are simply better off just buying an EGO from Home Depot. They are better rated and have customer service that will call you back.

Bought the 21" 60V mower a few weeks ago. The mower is perfect for my 12 year old. But it's a struggle to get the Lithium battery to charge.
Update: Lithium battery wouldn't charge again after 4 uses. Greenworks is supposed to be sending a replacement battery under warranty. Been waiting 4 weeks for it. Haven't seen it yet. End solution, got the whole lawnmower replaced. The new mower works great.

Your customer service phone line stinks. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Then was asked if I would like to be called back. You called me back now I have been on hold for 10 minutes and still holding.

purchsed mower 4/18/2019 less then a yr later wont start has a 4 yr warranty getting them on the phone is like trying to get the president on the phone, i emailed them, lots a luck with that !!! seems like businesses are now using covid19 to delay things

This has to be one of THE BEST places to get your equipment. Everything works flawless every time.Make the switch from gas powered tools and get more power!

I have purchased all my Greenworks tools from the main office in Mooresville!!
While I have enjoyed the products I have purchased I was informed I can no longer purchase my commercial 82volt Blower from them. I must purchase it from a franchised store that I have never done business with before.

I will no longer be purchasing any more Greenworks equipment, tools, replacement parts. Basically since it is my dollar, maybe another company besides Greenworks will help me.

Yard work has been a pleasure since I began using Greenworks tools. The ease of use, lack of noise, and long lasting battery power is second to none. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality tools for home and garden.

First and for most I would like to thank Frank I believe his name was for introducing me to this drill. I'm a cable guy and our drills is a very essential piece of equipment each and every day. However the issued drills aren't the best when it comes to holding a charge and getting down and dirty. Long story short I was offered to use the green works drill that frank had and it blew me away. I was only suppose to be using it for a second, let's just say I was at Franks house all of 5 plus hours and his drill got me through the day. Funny story so my job sent me to franks house to hook him up some cable, 6 hours into the job we find out that my specific cable company doesn't service his area. Anywho Frank looked out for me. And i've already recommended these products to a bunch people. Thanks Greenworks.
