Review of Greeley Subaru

I just wanted to thank the service department here...

I just wanted to thank the service department here for my experience the other day. I had gone in for some work and requested a few additional issues to be addressed, so the repairs took longer than anticipated. On top of that, it was discovered that three of my wheels had been bent on the inside, so they did their best to correct that as well. I haven't had an issue with my tires losing air since, so I can say that their work is quite good.

My girlfriend was in the hospital, and I had planned on visiting her but my car was still unfinished. They were out of loaners, so Steve helped me get a ride there and back so I could spend some time with her that afternoon.

Every employee was courteous and professional, and I wish I could have thanked the technicians personally for working to straighten out my wheels. I had just assumed that my cheap, old tires were the reason they were losing air - no idea the wheels were bent.

I'll be heading back in from now on to have my car taken care of. I can't thank them enough for their help, and attention to detail. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch as well.
