Customer services is always very outstanding at Greater Giving, they are always easy to get a hold of and have special customer service access available during our events. We have never had a crisis situation because they have solid products but it is amazing for us to know that they are there if we need them.
Greater Giving not only provides a fantastic product, they also have amazing tech support and staff. The auction software they offer is the best in the field in my opinion. It's robust and user friendly. It can handle everything your non-profit fundraising auction event needs from beginning to end. As a lover of all things "database" (yeah, I know I'm weird that way), I get excited whenever I work with this software. Not only is the product itself fantastic, they provide so much training and support in addition! Videos, webinars, phone help, etc! Working in the Non Profit Fundraising Event world, I highly recommend this company for your next Fundraising event. It will make your event run more smoothly and efficiently!
We have been blessed to have used the Greater Giving software for our last five auctions. The software is a wonderful tool and continues to improve and address the needs of our donors and constituents. The administrative and support staff have been awesome to work with and have always been extremely helpful. An unmitigated disaster. Closed bidding on an auction an hour early and cost the charity THOUSANDS because the on site representative couldn't change time zones!
We have been using Greater Giving since 2007 for our online event registration, online donations and as our auction database. The software is an excellent tool and has made our event run smoothly every year. I find the support staff to be helpful and friendly. I would recommend Greater Giving to anyone.
