Really a nice tour west tour mainly due to the very professional guide Barbara Kelly who guided us with exceptional skill and thanks to Mr Q BRAVISSIMO autosta

I did a tour in the American West from September 20 to October 4, 2018.
If the trip went well overall
I was mistreated by the guide, a certain Matthieu L, who verbally attacked me twice because he was not controlling himself, going so far as to tell me not to speak to him any more when he demanded that I give him a tip of 5 euros per day for two weeks. I gladly gave the driver because he was always courteous to me.
This is truly professional misconduct.
He was screaming telling me he didn't understand how my mate was putting up with me and
I pass
No response from Go West or apologies.
I agree with the previous opinions,
There is really a problem with the guides at Go West especially with this one.

we did a tour of the Grand Ouest from 18 to 28 September 2019 with an exceptional guide Didier very kind, always available in a good mood, great sense of organization and rich in knowledge, we saw beautiful places and learned many things ! Thanks to Didier and especially for the surprise of the last night! we also have a very good driver, kind and competent Derrick. unforgettable trip !!

We had a fantastic trip with an exceptional guide. The landscapes are spectacular. What beautiful memories, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Death Valley, San Franciso, etc. To do again!

The tour West Low Cost (25th of June up to July 6th) done with my sister and a couple of friends was a disaster. The hotels published in the brochure were three *** but only 5 were ***. The other four were classified ** similar to Motels, some dirty with poor breakfast, no elevator to reach the rooms. The one that made us infuriate was to find out from the local guide only on arrival at the airport in Los Angeles that our hotel Holiday Inn Express Hawthorne was changed without notice into the La Quinta of Inglewood. Lost a suitcase and having given the name of hotel of the contract, we had to go back to Airfrance to change the delivery address. This made us arrive at the Hotel after 4 hours, which after a journey of more than 15 hours of flight is not the greatest happiness. The following day we discover the change of itinerary and another change of hotel with the consequent cancellation of the excursion to Antelope Canyon, which was part of our contractual program. Although in return, after many phone calls of our guide to Go-West and many messages to Giver, we were given free two optional excursions of equal value, remains the regret and the anger of not being able to see one of the wonders of the place. We have definitely found that both GO-WEST TOURS and GIVER have little professionalism because their behavior is inconceivable, and even today I have not had an explanation of these changes of hotel and itinerary. After such a bad experience, I will never again want to hear about Go-West and Giver.
The only support was the guide Paola Cufaro who has always worked with professionalism and sensitivity.

Wonderful tour with an exceptional guide and driver! We traveled very long distances, but the professionalism (excellent Italian) and the friendliness of our Jeannette Fernandez has lightened this unforgettable trip !!! Thanks also to the driver Sheriff for his availability

With this operator, the hotels are dilapidated, sinks broken, breakfast very succinct. The thematic meals are NULS, nothing to do with the description of the brochure. Finally, the guide is not at all convenient in schedules or activities. In addition, his comments are very light. As usual, the tourist is to pluck, with nothing in return. It is very visible.

Organized quite well, guide prepared and always available. Slight time for visiting some places. It would take more time, but you know, when there are large distances to cover, everything becomes difficult. Good value for money.
