The Non-Profit I work for has used Greater Giving at our events for 7 years now and we are so happy we found this company to work with. We are so relieved to have secure card processing available for our events and they work with us so we can deploy state of the art technology for guest check-in/check-out.

We were not happy with either the software or credit card security we had before we we found Greater Giving.

Customer services is always very outstanding at Greater Giving, they are always easy to get a hold of and have special customer service access available during our events. We have never had a crisis situation because they have solid products but it is amazing for us to know that they are there if we need them.
