Rating one star cause there's no option for no stars. Employees at this department should be nicer to people who call or ask for help. The sole purpose of this existing is to HELP people who need help, not give people a hard time and refuse to help someone who's asking for rent help. I put this complaint here but of course I"m also going to the higher ups to complain about the employee I spoke to on the phone, TODAY morning time, so there's no confusion. I will sent out a complaint to the state, and if I have to write to the senator about this employee and dept I will. Please fix your department with people who have a heart, and not people who sound like they hate their jobs.
Your website states your agency is open 24 hours.....I just called, and it was closed for July 4th holiday. Please update your posted hours, to reflect actual days & times......Not very helpful!!!!!
Very good place for getting your GED very quickly and easily the staff is very nice the teacher Mrs.Cornado and Ms.Nicole are very nice helped in every part of me getting my GED after getting my GED I signed up for the Army and passed my ASVAB thanks to the studying and practice that they had here so I'm very thankful for everything they did for me and I recommend this school for anyone trying to get there GED quickly and also learn quickly as possible. So long as you study and your focused on getting your GED you can get it in a month.
You know this is such a let down I was told to call this particular place to see if I can get assistance and be to be slapped in the face to say that I don't qualify so what I have to be on the street 1st before you be able to help me you have to be very very poor in order get help for these e if you try to help yourself and you fall on hard times they don't help you so be very careful with this community compassion fund is not a community Passion fund it should we be called prosecute fund because you're prosecuted for trying to help yourself or falling on hard times. Good Luck !!
