Very unprofessional experience. Manager is the most ghetto thing I ve ever since!! Don t walk RUN away from any properties managed by this group

They want to give section 8 voucher holders the homes that looks like garage's when they have nicer homes that are affordable through section 8 also this property management sucks

Amg Property Management is amazing! The staff worked hard to find my family a home that is exactly what we wanted in the area and price range we could afford. Kudos to their great team! We love you....

Have been renting from them for years. Always courteous. Super efficient. Couldn't be happier with AMG.

So I applied and after two weeks of waiting .. I gets a voicemail saying unfortunately you are not approved have a nice day! Wow so rude!

I applied for a home on their website 3 months ago, left over 15 voicemail since and not 1 person has comtacted me. They rip you off by takimg your application fee and ignoring you all together. Probably was for the best as I have learned their houses are bug infested and that they are slumlords.

Terrible rude business! !!! Not only do they never respond to emails when you call and finally do reach someone they're beyond rude and unprofessional. Run from these shady people. They just want your rent. They also scam peoples applications and don't return security deposits. Place needs turned into better business Bureau!!! I'll be the,first to report them now.

Beyond rude and do not take care of properties at all. Slumlords and nothing more.

The initial interaction was a bit strange, hard to get a hold of. But viewing properties was easy. The staff was very friendly and professional when interacting. We've been here about a month and had to call maintenance about 3 times for different issues, but they were here almost IMMEDIATLEY or sent a PROFESSIONAL out to fix the issue within the next day. I am super impressed despite the negative comments. The rent is pretty affordable, the areas are soso, the pet fee is a bit much considering almost every property is ceramic tile but it's in line with everywhere else. All in all a great company so far. They also work with past credit issues and bankruptcy so definitely a plus. That alone bumped them to 5 star. Thanks AMG!
