Rebound Behavioral Review

I have enjoyed Eric's training for seven months. I would recommend Rebound Behavioral Health for anyone's training needs.

The Mindfulness Training was outstanding. Eric did a great job. I like that he encouraged interactive participation.

Only been dealing with for a couple days and so far the staff has been rude and has the knowledge of a middle school student. I drove 2 hours to drop of clothes and was refused visitation but numerous vehicles in visitor parking spaces. Spoke with what was said to be a nurse who could care less what medication the patient was on or that the person is a Veteran and should have been take to the VA where the regular physicians are. I was told point blank their at our facility and our doctors will see them and give them what medications they see fit. I believe this place need a surprise visit from the board of health and Human Resources. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

A GREAT STAFF OF POSITIVE, CARING, AND COMPASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS THAT TAKE PRIDE IN MAKING SURE THE PATIENTS ARE GETTING TOOLS AND INFORMATION THEY NEED TO FUNCTION DAY TO DAY.

I went here a few years ago (4 at most) so none of this is exactly recent. But I still think its something that must be said. I went here willingly but was kept there and told I didn't.
On my first day while I was being brought in and while haveing my info taken i was told by a staff member that other people have it worse. It was said under their breath. We were made to stand against the wall at probably 7? In the morning. I only talked to the therapist once in my whole 1 week stay and it was short and just a simple hey is the medicine working. During short little anger workshops we were told to be silent or walk away when faced with arguments. Let me make this clear we were told to shut down and do nothing or walk away from it. To this day I still follow this way of conflict resolution.

Patient care and safety are first and foremost at Rebound. Staff are dedicated and supportive, and I am proud to be a part of this team.

I have worked for Rebound Behavioral Health for about two and a half years. This is one of the best places I have ever worked at! The opportunities are almost endless if you set your mind to not only achieving the companies set goals, but your goals as well. Showing your dedication and skills are appreciated, respected, and rewarded. I will continue to encourage people to apply for any open positions or inform people of Rebound Behavioral Health.

This place has been a blessing. I wish for my daughter s sake I would have known about it sooner. The staff is great! Kind and caring with everyone!

I have worked at Rebound for about a year and a half. I enjoy working here and can see myself here long term. My coworkers are amazing and we have a great work environment. There is opportunity for growth as well.

Working at Rebound Behavioral Health has been a great experience. I believe with the current leadership in place Rebound is on track to accomplish great things in the community and be a definite competitor for other behavioral health facilities in the region.
