Rating one star cause there's no option for no stars. Employees at this department should be nicer to people who call or ask for help. The sole purpose of this existing is to HELP people who need help, not give people a hard time and refuse to help someone who's asking for rent help. I put this complaint here but of course I"m also going to the higher ups to complain about the employee I spoke to on the phone, TODAY morning time, so there's no confusion. I will sent out a complaint to the state, and if I have to write to the senator about this employee and dept I will. Please fix your department with people who have a heart, and not people who sound like they hate their jobs.
