You know this is such a let down I was told to call this particular place to see if I can get assistance and be to be slapped in the face to say that I don't qualify so what I have to be on the street 1st before you be able to help me you have to be very very poor in order get help for these e if you try to help yourself and you fall on hard times they don't help you so be very careful with this community compassion fund is not a community Passion fund it should we be called prosecute fund because you're prosecuted for trying to help yourself or falling on hard times.
