Be ware of this agency. NEVER PAY THIER COMMISSION IN ADVANCE.

Gravity Provided me with a firm offer for a villa in writing signed by the authorized person and insisted to take 10,000AED in cash as thier commission on the same day. When the move in date came, they told me that the villa is not ready. I was new to Abu Dhabi staying in a hotel which caused me a financial loss. Week after week I followed up but they would keep delaying. When I asked for my money back they told me all of the sudden that the villa is ready but the owner has increased the rent and wouldn't agree for me to move in. When I told them that i have a signed offer in writting with a firm rent, they laughed at me. When I asked for my money back they would keep delaying by saying that they would only give the money back in check and that the authorized person was not there. Only after I threatened (in an Arabic written communication using legal wording) that they took me seriously and returned the money.

I do not advice anyone to deal with them especially if you are new here. If you still decide to deal with them DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVACE.

I hope that this helps other people and saves them from the hardship I had to go through!

I have been using this agency for over three years now and though they may not be perfect, they are better than most. They pretty much promise what they can deliver and don't mislead you. So can recommend them to others easily.

Stay away. All old 5 star ratings were done by previous employees. They are advertising flats, which are not on the market, just to get your contacts. Never again.

A bad service, the agent asked me to take a leave from my work to view few villas at west yas, he arrived 20 minutes late then said that the keys are not available and promised me to get in touch the next day for more options, and now it's been 6 days without any response either by phone or whatssap, even the company manager did not call back when I made a complaint.

Villa, when I arrived, and made me take a departure from my work, he apologized and told me that the keys are not available, and he promised me to speak to me, and of course, five days passed, there was no response on a mobile phone, or a WhatsApp, not even an apology.
Of course I spoke to the company and did not explain it to them and the story, of course, it did not cost anyone to take risks until he apologized.
