Be ware of this agency. NEVER PAY THIER COMMISSION IN ADVANCE.

Gravity Provided me with a firm offer for a villa in writing signed by the authorized person and insisted to take 10,000AED in cash as thier commission on the same day. When the move in date came, they told me that the villa is not ready. I was new to Abu Dhabi staying in a hotel which caused me a financial loss. Week after week I followed up but they would keep delaying. When I asked for my money back they told me all of the sudden that the villa is ready but the owner has increased the rent and wouldn't agree for me to move in. When I told them that i have a signed offer in writting with a firm rent, they laughed at me. When I asked for my money back they would keep delaying by saying that they would only give the money back in check and that the authorized person was not there. Only after I threatened (in an Arabic written communication using legal wording) that they took me seriously and returned the money.

I do not advice anyone to deal with them especially if you are new here. If you still decide to deal with them DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVACE.
